We have introduced the following law changes (827-03-14):
• Pirate technology is restricted as before but we made it more clear that it applies to all and not just Z-line.
• Due to war with Gallia over, entry to Liberty by allied nations is no longer valid without proper approval via proper channels.

• Known Criminals renamed to Known Hostiles, and duplicate list of restricted technology from hostiles substituted with appropriate notice.
