Police has tradelane network and can actually scan from greater distance, demanding things from pilots. So this is not allowed?

What if, when getting to scanner range, the policeman/navyman/whatever does not repeat the same demand in local chat, but refers to what he said in PM?

Yeah, but you can't demand at long range and kill on sight (if another allied vessel is near the target) in order of said demand in privat channel. That's all i wanted to know.
