Wrath, a Coalition member, attacks Theta. You, Crap-for-Brains, are part of the Alliance and will defend the system he is attacking. The Alliance is a military organisation protecting Sirius from the Coalition (an equally powerful military organisation).

I was wondering something. Why does alliance only defend? They should be able to take back what they lost.
There is nothing in the beginning movie that suggests that the alliance can only defend.
