Mr. Shirou,

The renewal fee has been received and the licence has been re-added to the list.
I hope there will not be further issues which were rather prevalent in the past; to be sure I will remind you of the correct protocol. Either the jumpgroup must be received by a ranking officer of the Police or Armed Forces, or all cargo manifests of the transports within the group will be reported here (further jumps may have their reports appended to the same transmission). The legal jump points for these systems are Battleship Suffolk and Planet Waterford respectively.

Mr. Baadsvik,

We've only had correctly-executed and -reported jumps from Platinum, Inc. in the past and see no reason not to renew your jump licence. In fact, I was already checking the CCD vault when your payment was registered.
I'm sure you'll keep up this record, and our officers will be on call to receive you when required.
