Nobody has mentioned 'Johnny Walker' yet.
I haven't drunk on a regular basis for a very long time, but when I was somewhat younger, JW red was relatively cheap and not too harsh, from memory.
Then there was Jack Daniels as well.
These days I have a bottle of Smirnoff Vodka in the cupboard, for medicinal purposes. 2 years and counting. :p
