What, why? Hold down thrusters, open the text box, and wave your mouse around a bit. That'll keep the thrusters going even when you release tab. You can now type while not sitting still like a duck in a nuclear slap-fight.

Don't you have a dedicated button for that? I have tab for thrusters allways on and space for thrusters tapping.

I don't use it since it kills out the thruster, only when I am using a cap and I TS.
Anyway, this whole discussion is really irrelevant to the official faction request so lets end it up here.

It's a good thing that it's not just PvP otherwise i'd be screwed too. I'm always one of the first to die and it is sometimes during typing but i'm not going to sugarcoat the fact that i'm just pretty bad compared to many others.
That's what makes CL} good though, there's more to FL than just trying to kill people and the Lance utilise that well.

Unfortunately, you wouldn't start off with GB access, but as you can see, all non-recruits (lanciere and up) get access to GB's. So, s'long as you were to meet a few requirements for the rank up, you'd be able to fly one. That being said, most of our members fly snubs.
