Ijust talked to killerpoodle. It seems that it was YOU, Nightfall, who exaggerated a lot.
Killer was killing off NPCs and he has missle turrets. EVERYONE on this server knows that missle turrets usually end up causing friendly-fire incidents. Now.. he says he barely scratched the surface of your shield. This is hardly means for an all out attack (let alone the lame excuse of asking NovaPG to kill himfor you...)
NovaPG *DID* tell Killer that they were hired to kill Killerpoodl. At least, that's what they told killer. I'm not gonna divvy into the details, but it seems that this is all one.. huge.. case of misunderstanding and a lot of bullsh*t has been said.
As far as I'm concerned, this was all one huge stupid incident (Like the Cali incident.. notice how it's Nightfall involved again?). Nightfall, you really outta re-read the Server Rules again. 10% damage on shields is hardly means for self defense.. Did you bother asking him WHY he opened fire? You did challenge himto a PvP. He said no, he was in a trader. You should have left it at that.
Now as for my problem with Nightfall... I don't like egomaniacs. Dab knows this. EVERYONE knows this. You've said one thing in-game and post something totally different on forums. Either make up your mind or whatever. I have ignored a LOT of your comments cause I have no time or patience for bullsh*t comments anymore. Now I was wrong as to WHO was involved in the first place. I Apologized for that. I will not apologize for any thing else. What you did, Night, was extremely lame by having NovaPG do your dirty work when you DAMN WELL HAD TIME TO DO IT. If you had time to ask Sledge to do the job, then you had time to switch characters. This was very lame. Even more so than anything else I've seen in my life.
To Igiss, Dab and the rest of the forum: I do apologize for the whole thing. This has gotten out of control and I was a part of the thing that sent it out of control. For that I apologize. I'll hang around the server,but i will *NOT* participate in the role plays. nightfall did enough to spoil it for me.

I asked killer did he kill me, and the PvP challenge - I was in the same ship as he and equipped as he was, Large Trains, Mk 4 turrets, Adv. Champion shields, what was the problem???
The NovaPG - I was too lazy to hunt him at the time so I told the nearest pirate he has loot. And I'll add some money if I get a screenshot of the kill. I went after him when he escaped the incompetent pirate (when I got on the server again, in the evening). why was I lazy to do that? - I had better stuff to do - make the 135mil which no one cares to compensate the loss because the /givecash command s*rwed up and Hood gave me HIS money to buy my battleship and I intend to give the money back these days (I didn't wanna bring this in public either, instead I PM u and get totaly ignored - u could at least say NO d*mmit! you are the server admin, I thought it was the proper thing to go to you)

I don't know what to say, really... btw, I don't know what was it I say one thing in-game and another on forum, u got me puzzled here but it doesn't matter anyway if it puts an end to this.
I have very little tolerance for ganging up on someone for no reason and if I can say something I will say it.
If you analise your own posts (since I'm here) a bit - I'd ask who's the egomaniac... but OK, if it makes peace, you can call me Mother Thereza (google if you don't know who she was), or whatever, but don't try proving that since it's impossible.

What's done is done. MAYBE killer-whosy-whatsit did kill Fokker, maybe he didn't. MAYBE Night overexaderated and maybe he didn't. If you really want to solve this with fighting, GO TO F*ING CONNECTICUT! THAT'S WHAT IT'S FOR!
Set up a time, get your ships ready, and beat the crap out of eachother. Then laugh, go have a beer, and forget this whole thing. Problem solved!
Honnestly, I wonder if it would be good to call down a Universal Cease-Fire on the server... Nobody gets to shoot any other Players for a week or a month. That should let us get some peace before something happens and starts more flame wars...
*EDIT* Thank you Angel. You may have gotten to this first, but I still stand by with what I said. Which, incidentaly, is just about the same thing.
