Is it? I don't think so. Just because a story looks cool doesn't mean that it will be accepted through regardless of the requirements it should have met first off.

No, you aren't.
The first proposal for the faction which follows the above guidelines, AFTER the mod version is released has "dibs", if such a thing even exists in Sirius.
The only thing you have made sure of is to annoy the point man for Faction Creation Proposals.

again like I said, we might have rushed things a bit and I won't hold a grudge if admins reject it...I'll just make it again when the time is right and conditions are met.

I dont see why you would get the position merely by posting it so early. At the end, it should be the best one that wins, not the first one coming.

Five or six such things per day and that is a lot of an Admin's time taken up.
Plus, calling dibs for a mod version that is months away is just plain presumptuous and cheeky.

idd, I've seen it happen. You have an idea on how it should be Rp'ed then someone else makes the faction and makes that faction waste all it's potential RP-value cause he doesn't like to RP or just doens't give a rat's ***
