She then greets a member of staff, takes a doughnut and some coffee, and sits down at a nearby table.

"Miss Friar, welcome to the force..." he grabs an empty seat nearby...
"You know.. we have a bit of a tradition around here.. the new recruits always buy the first round for Deputies and the Chief."

His black clothing seems to blend into the shadows as he carfully
studies the LPI present.

Upon the non-LPI entering the room, Joe looked up from his coffee and looks around for the disturbance. Seeing it trying foolishly to hide in a corner, he stands up, slowly walking toward the non-cop, his tazer crackling ominously as the charge built up......
***A few minutes later***
The stranger landed on his rear as a group of officers threw him out the doors. The doors shut with a loud thud behind him, and he walked away to chip off the burnt skin from Joe's tazer.....

The man cursed in anger. If that LPI hadn't stopped him there would be one less
nomad infected person in the police. He waited outside the bar hoping his target
would come out.

Elroy comes into the bar, his first time. Standing in the doorway for a moment, he straightens his tie and tucks his shirt into his trousers again, and strolls in.
Arriving at the counter, he orders 4 donuts, a slice of pie, 2 Venti Sunbucks Espressos, and goes to sit down in the corner.

Farrell : Hey there, can I have a coffee and, uh, donut? Or actually, give me 3 donuts, and got some good apple pie, I surely wouldnt mind that!
Bartender : Ill pass your order sir, why don?t you sit someplace here?
*Farrell looks around and notices Elroy sitting in the corner*
Farrell : Hey there Elroy! I see you also got off the hangar rather fast to enjoy some well deserved rest and donuts! I gotta tell you, what you did today to that pirate who tried to ...*chatter between the two continues as the bartender brings them their orders****

As the assistant brings over their food, Elroy's eyes take on a glazed look, as he begins to chow down.
