Who said that people cannot be augmented and retain human qualities and functions? Additionally, they're just low ranking grunts, they don't need to be 'dehumanised' as much nor does that quote back much up either, what's the issue? It appears to me that you are nitpicking for the sake of nitpicking.
Allowing individuals to enjoy luxuries is what permits us to draw people in. We don't eliminate all emotion. Because it can be used, particularly for reward or punishment. It's how you keep people on a leash.
If a cyborg wants to talk normally, they can, it's not like they immediately go braindead.

Because you most certainly can have characters, who dislike the Xenos - a group that is known to be just be perceived as low live murderers, trying to act akin to what they fight against. Not to mention that they're blindly loyal to the Order. The Xeno stereotype is that they're pretty much just aggressive nationalists.

I didn't come here to keep score of who has done what and when, or how you might want to justify this. I'm only here to point out that this wasn't appreciated under the hope there would be some form of responsibility taken if such a thing were brought forward politely and through the appropriate means.

The former statement was an expression of "kissing one's feet" - as in to kneel.
