This has to be one of the most PG-13 jokes I've seen in relation to a disco conversation in a long time and I'm not exactly sure why anyone would think that it would be inapproriate to make that joke from an inRP standing. The fetish comment is the particular issue. None of us want to see it, it's not funny, it's gross, and it's just something you should keep to yourselves, to be honest. Someone saying the word fetish in an inRP context is gross? You're really reaching on this man. Explain to me how talking about fetishes is appropriate roleplay. Bearing in mind, too, that I was in discord conversations after this with people who very clearly did not appreciate it. The community where a OFL once gassed an entire buttfucking station, but god forbid we make a one-liner sex joke. Seeing as we have canonical fetishes talked about in much more detail than someone simply saying the words "Foot fetish" in a sentence I don't really see that it would be a problem. I admit that you know, if any actual acts had been described I can see having an issue with it, but if people are that offended by the mere mention of a fetish existing I'd suggest they simply stop using the internet in general for the rest of their lives. ![]()

Consensual interaction between people privately is one thing if people want to do whatever in their own discord RPs. Such statements in local chat around people who have absolutely no interest in being exposed to such things is an entirely different matter. This should be obvious. RE: Technocracy of Auxo - Feedback - Traxit - 07-17-2024 "inbred degenerates" refers to the Alabama-Rooting-Tooting-Gun-Slingin-Cousin-Lovin-No-Education stereotype that the Xeno NPC faction has been falsely presented as in the Discovery Mod, for far too long may I add, which has been debunked and corrected with the current iteration of the Xeno faction. It is not cool. Considering one of your members adamantly thinks in his own headcanon that the Xenos are an IRL parallel to the KKK without in-game evidence, it all just wrings up to be of deplorable taste. This would be like using terms like "fascists" against House factions or better yet, "Nazis" to describe anyone Rheinland-adjacent. It is unimaginative. And please do not use the excuse of "oh its my character he hates them so much he has to show it through mean and vulgar words". - We all know this is a copout by now. For a long-standing Official Faction, you can do so, so much better than your IRL parallel Twitter-tier insults. You do know that I'm not actually *in* the Aux OF right? I fly indies with them at most, that's it. |
