Guten tag, Wachmann Laura Carsten reporting in. I finally went to a patrol after aftermath connected with that nomad encounter is more...or less...hard to guess...solved. I decided to make a change and flew to Omega-7 as I was not there for quite a long time. And despite the patrol wasn´t long, it was quite eventful.
Just after I entered system, I met at the gate junker pirate train named The.Blues with many types of cargo onboard. Main part was gold ore, but scanners found there also five cargo units of black market munitions. He claimed he bought it on freeport and it´s ammo for side arms aboard. It also appeared he thought Omega-7 doesn´t come under Rheinland laws so I had to repeat several time it does. Then he finally dropped the cargo and paid the fine, what was followed by his angry departure with "I´m going to Liberty with this ore, to hell with Berlin". Heh, these junkers... Uploading the evidence...
Practically in the same time two ships of Kruger security was solving another problem not so far away - AI cruiser parked near Freistadt. It was named R.E.D._Gaurdian_Unit101 and despite it was not directly hostile...at least during my presence...it didn´t want to comply order to leave. I called for support so RM Gefreiter Holst joined us, despite military was solving another problem - some Liberty Navy intruders. The machine claimed he´s in system to "protect the R.E.D. clan against hessians, corsairs and pirates" and he was allowed to enter by military, but was not able to provide name of person who gave the permission. After some talk he agreed to contact RM HC for permission to enter. Uploading record...
Unfortunately we couldn´t finish the AI cruiser case and escort him out of system because one of Kruger pilots was attacked by hostile gunboat so we quickly moved to help him. I found the gunboat near Omega-5 jump hole already in fight with Kruger security ships. Scanner readings were not clear about origin of the ship, because it had Gaian IFF and was identified as Gaian made gunboat, but it also had Corsair signs and was named El.Poco. The fight was tough because the gunboat proved to be very agile and the pilot was very good one in manoeuvring. But in the end we got him without any losses because fortunately their gunners were much worse in aiming. Scans and some screens from the fight hier...
Quite busy patrol so to say. After destruction of gunboat we returned to Freistadt but AI cruiser was no longer there so I started my way back to planet Hamburg. During it I helped military with tracking two Liberty Navy fighters but because they ran to Bering system, I could not join the fight so I docked on Hamburg and finished the patrol with sending the fine from junker to usual account as you can see on this confirmation...

I´m finally sending short report about mein two recent patrols, there was delay caused by my stay in hospital, they kept me there despite injuries were just minor ones. And I need new Mjolnir now. Ja, again, no need to remind me the last one was scrapped just week ago.
But, anyway, there were three event which deserves to mention. First one, attempt of zoner whale which belong to group known as Phoenix to breach the trade embargo. I stopped it for control at Lübeck border station in Hamburg. It was fully loaded with deuterium and when I asked where is the destination of the cargo, captain answered that freeport in Bering. After I reminded him this would be against laws, he agreed that "he guess he is not going there then". I just wanted to bring this to attention because I believe this was not single attempt and they may try supplying their station through Hamburg again. Despite there probably isn´t anything shady with their intentions, it is still against laws. Record of the conversation here...
Now to the more dramatic events. Hessian cruiser appeared in Stuttgart so I went there to investigate, knowing that reinforcement made by battleship RNC-Thuringen is heading there too. I found the hessian on the trade lane between planet Stuttgart and New Berlin jumpgate. Captain´s behaviour could not be more strange. There were not signs of attempt to fight or run. He seemed to be confused and not completely sane, claiming that "there were some Corsairs in system" and then he is just "reloading subsystems here". Then probably activated self-destruction but it didn´t work what he commented with words that nothing works on that ship. But my scans were showing that ship is fully armed. In the end, captain out of nothing opened provocative fire, just two or three shots against our battleship. Then the Hessian ship was of course completely destroyed, quickly and without any significant effort to defend itself. I really would like to know what was this about. BDM inspektor which arrived there too thought captain was under cardamine, but my own opinion is...who knows, maybe it is related to nomad activity which I suffered in Stuttgart system too not so long time ago? Hard to guess. Anyway, sending complete record and scans of the event.
Just shortly after this event, IFFless Roc bomber named Reaper.Clown with freelancer ID came here with Hessian battleship Lady.Irena and said he is paid by Hessians for "bringing our heads on their table". Then opened fire on BDM officer and after he destroyed his ship also on me. Unfortunately after not short fight he destroyed even my ship too. I already reported the ship to criminal database. Some screen of battle and that hired gun here...

Greetings, fellow officers, Oberst Wolthers hier.
The crew aboard the Berlin-Tegel mentioned they needed some flight time, so I accompanied them while patroling Rheinland. Only two major incidents happened back then.
Escorting IND transport
At the Stuttgart jumpgate in New Berlin, ein IND transport with Beryllium ore crossed our way. After ein small interrogation of the kapitaen, the Berlin-Tegel offered escort to Dortmund station.

Hessian cruiser attempts piracy in Omega-7
Later on, ein unknown junker forwarded to us the information, that ein Hessian cruiser was about to extort ein ALG transport at the Omega-3 jumpgate in Omega-7. The Berlin-Tegel just arrived in time, forcing the cruiser vessel to flee and leave the ALG transport in peace. Seems like the Hessian crew was not confident enough to engage the Berlin-Tegel.

Guten tag, Wachmann Laura Carsten hier. Time for paperwork again. Let´s make it quick and brief, it´s annoy...time consuming. So, the first event I should mention was AI cruiser which appeared near planet New Berlin day before Christmas Day. When I arrived there from Hamburg per request for assistance, fähnrich Reims and kadett Dermen were already there dealing with this machine flying close to our capital planet. It also turned out it has onboard some ammo from nomad weapons, probably from destroyed nomad ships. We ordered it to drop this contraband what it did and then destroyed it himself. Fortunately AI cruiser was cooperating and when claimed he needs to go to Omega-3 to hunt pirates, we started to escort it out of Rheinland this way. But later fähnrich Reims reported that in Omega-7 it engaged cloaking device. Uploading scans and record...
We couldn´t witness or help at that moment because unfortunately our escort was broken with another event and we had to split. Fähnrich Reims continued with machine cruiser...these things scares me, to be honest...while me and kadett stopped after jumping into Stuttgart system to investigate LWB fighter piloted by some Annike.Eckfeld, which started to follow us few minutes before in New Berlin. During investigation pilot asked "donation to them" for passing through "their Stuttgart system" from us, what sounded very like piracy. But later she claimed she will not harm us if we won´t pay anything and started discussion about that best laws would be laws made by god. Ja, ja, strange, crazy, named it like you want. But before we could try to arrest her, things started to get complicated. Unioner Ulrich Koch with fighter appeared there and he didn´t seem to be very friendly towards us. Then we got reinforcement made by detektiv Steiner, but also another Unioner Lukas Olaf appeared as well in almost same time. Then fähnrich Reims arrived back to our position too.
After few minutes of talking, detektiv Steiner tried to avoid massive battle with attempt to persuade enemies to leave the place peacefully, but he succeded only with LWB pilot, Unioners with insults opened fire. Unfortunately, despite also secondary fleet military pilot Wolfgang Weber arrived to scene too, happened what I was afraid of if fight will start - both enemies targeted my ship, very probably as the biggest and least agile ship on our side. I tried my best to dodge and yet fire too, but because other were for quite long time unable to shoot any of hostiles down, they damaged my ship too heavily so I had to eject my escape pod. Uploading scans and parts of record which were retrieved from wreck...
And now, how could I make report without at least one smuggler, right? So this one was quite big and dangerous fish. I was during patrol in front of planet New Berlin when junker luxury liner named Killed_by_Death - strange name, isn´t it? - undocked from The Ring with 4000 cargo units of black market munitions. I ordered him to stop but he didn´t comply and even answered me that I have "last chance to run". Few moments later I had to open fire and tough battle started. Pilot of the ship as well as gunners were quite skilled so I had hard times to keep my ship dodging incoming fire and hit the well maneuvering liner.
For this reason I decided to call for reinforcements and fortunately detektiv Meister was able to respond and quickly launch with his bomber. Before he arrived, we thrusted while firing over whole New Berlin system to Dresden jump hole, but shortly after we jumped, detektiv joined the fight and polizei side finally got upper hand, despite some problem with bomber torpedos´ targeting. Anyway, not far from Omega-11 jump hole, my mini razor shot finally blew the smuggler´s ship up. But I should stress that I couldn´t be able to take him down without detektiv´s help with ship carrying appropriate firepower for enemy ship of this size and armament. Uploading record...

Guten tag und glückliches Neues Jahr 821! Wachmann Carsten hier again. Let´s continue with my report. I was going to mention illegal base in Omega-7 named Stanfort Base. We discovered it near free mining fields where IMG usually mine during patrol with Oberst Wolthers, which was commanding Berlin-Tegel gunboat, and Detektiv Meister. Base was not in Outpost Registry and we were not allowed to dock. During examination on the spot, another ship was present. Military pilot introduced as hauptmann Klein. Signature of ship was quite unusual but our attention was captured by base so we didn´t investigate it further, what showed later like a mistake.
Then...something terrifying happened. I had vision caused by das Wilde agent...uhm, well, probably more by nomad in him...creepy!...which was there too but cloaked at that time. I don´t know how he did that, but I saw detektiv´s ship destroyed and spotted hostiles which I started to shoot. My colleagues were confused by my behaviour, what is understandable. At this moment, Director Artura arrived to the area. Fortunately after few minutes vision faded out. Just when we were ready to leave...and I was ordered to visit medical check because others...hmmm, again...thought I´m crazy. But it proved I was not! Again... Because at this moment Wilde agent in Bergelmir bomber named Panzerfaust uncloaked an instantly attacked Detektiv Meister´s ship with torpedo and the fight started. But Hauptmann Klein started to behave strangely and attacked Detektiv Meister too!
Fortunately, few minutes after, Wilde agent blew up himself with his torpedo. Unfortunately, just a moment after, so-called hauptmann destroyed detektiv´s ship. But I caught the escape pod. Then hauptmann told us he was confused an attack was mistake. He was ordered to stand down and be arrested, but instead he started charging his cloaking device. After that, we attacked him. Sadly, he quickly destroyed ship of Director Artura. Me and crew of Berlin-Tegel then fought Wilde agent but he managed to evade our shots long enough to arrive to Omega-3 gate and then he jumped out of system. Then we started return to Rheinland core space. Uploading scans and records now...
But busy day is busy. I stayed behind Berlin-Tegel a little because of refueling and some quick after-fight check on battleship Schwerin. When I was on the way through Stuttgart system, Oberst Wolthers called for help because he spotted Bundschuh train in New Berlin system named Vango.Sneaks loaded with prisoners - this smells like slavery to me, by the way - and started pursue while criminal started escape to Kreuzberg Depot. I tried to cut his way but ship got too close to have enough time for destroying it. Well, precisely saying, we could have enough time, but Junker docking operator let the criminal dock! Seriously, this should be taken as serious offence by helping to criminal! My guncam unfortunately somehow failed to make any screens of the event, so I can provide only communication record.
If you think that this was finally all that day, you are wrong. Because we found near Kreuzberg another unwanted visitor. In this case, Interspace Commerce Bison named Csipri loaded with gold. We can only assume he just undocked from Kreuzberg or was going to dock there, because of lack of docking ports in Rheinland with his papers. And captain...can you imagine he was really sassy in this position? I really think he deserved to be fined for his behaviour. Despite he was ordered to fly to Hamburg to be expelled towards Liberty, he started discussion why he can´t fly to Stuttgart and Bretonia. Despite snubs which arrived to help, including me, and our best effort, they managed to disrupt the base siege, destroy some ships and others had to flee back to Schwerin and Freistadt. Some, like my Raven´s Talon, were heavily damaged. You can see some guncams, which show how numerous hostile forces were, hier...
Fortunately, as I heard the base was destroyed next day anyway. But I have to stay at previous day because again, battle was not all that day. After more than hour of fight with hostile bombers and fighters, my ship was damaged and out of munition as well as fuel so I disengaged and flew at maximum speed to battleship Schwerin to refuel and resupply. When I undocked, I spotted at the area zoner carrier named [Z]DragonsEye flying around. I was in fighter and didn´t have time for this unfortunately, so I only ordered him to quickly leave Rheinland space and started cruising back to battle at Stanfort. I still want to report this law breaking captain for case he will repeat the offence and enter Rheinland space again. Uploading evidence...

Guten tag und glückliches Neues Jahr 821! Wachmann Carsten hier again. Let´s continue with my report. I was going to mention illegal base in Omega-7 named Stanfort Base. We discovered it near free mining fields where IMG usually mine during patrol with Oberst Wolthers, which was commanding Berlin-Tegel gunboat, and Detektiv Meister. Base was not in Outpost Registry and we were not allowed to dock. During examination on the spot, another ship was present. Military pilot introduced as hauptmann Klein. Signature of ship was quite unusual but our attention was captured by base so we didn´t investigate it further, what showed later like a mistake.
Then...something terrifying happened. I had vision caused by das Wilde agent...uhm, well, probably more by nomad in him...creepy!...which was there too but cloaked at that time. I don´t know how he did that, but I saw detektiv´s ship destroyed and spotted hostiles which I started to shoot. My colleagues were confused by my behaviour, what is understandable. At this moment, Director Artura arrived to the area. Fortunately after few minutes vision faded out. Just when we were ready to leave...and I was ordered to visit medical check because others...hmmm, again...thought I´m crazy. But it proved I was not! Again... Because at this moment Wilde agent in Bergelmir bomber named Panzerfaust uncloaked an instantly attacked Detektiv Meister´s ship with torpedo and the fight started. But Hauptmann Klein started to behave strangely and attacked Detektiv Meister too!
Fortunately, few minutes after, Wilde agent blew up himself with his torpedo. Unfortunately, just a moment after, so-called hauptmann destroyed detektiv´s ship. But I caught the escape pod. Then hauptmann told us he was confused an attack was mistake. He was ordered to stand down and be arrested, but instead he started charging his cloaking device. After that, we attacked him. Sadly, he quickly destroyed ship of Director Artura. Me and crew of Berlin-Tegel then fought Wilde agent but he managed to evade our shots long enough to arrive to Omega-3 gate and then he jumped out of system. Then we started return to Rheinland core space. Uploading scans and records now...
But busy day is busy. I stayed behind Berlin-Tegel a little because of refueling and some quick after-fight check on battleship Schwerin. When I was on the way through Stuttgart system, Oberst Wolthers called for help because he spotted Bundschuh train in New Berlin system named Vango.Sneaks loaded with prisoners - this smells like slavery to me, by the way - and started pursue while criminal started escape to Kreuzberg Depot. I tried to cut his way but ship got too close to have enough time for destroying it. Well, precisely saying, we could have enough time, but Junker docking operator let the criminal dock! Seriously, this should be taken as serious offence by helping to criminal! My guncam unfortunately somehow failed to make any screens of the event, so I can provide only communication record.

Pilot Thomas Müller reporting,
In the last day 8, I joined Wachmann Carsten and Oberst Wolthers, after Carsten had called for backup after intercepting a smuggler in Omega 11. A Junker Liner with the sugestive name of Killed_By_Death, hauling Blood Diamonds. I was in my Raven's Talon fighter. As I arrived at the scene the junker was trying to flee. We attacked the ship, inflicting moderate damage, but he was able to get to the protection of Freital Base's guns.
After that, Oberst Wolthers received a call and returned to base, Carsten and I continued the patrol. Then we received a call from a RNC cruiser in Omega 7, about a secondary fleet IMG Hegemon miner with illegal equipment, a cloaking device in this case.
We proceeded to the location and encountered the RNC-Zerstorer. The captain claimed he had found an IMG secondary fleet miner on the Kruger designated mining area. As per the RNC captain, the miner proceeded to cloak and disapear right in front of him.
There is one thing the RNC captain said that caught my attention. I will add the comms record transcript here:

Carsten and myself explained to the captain that there are laws and proceedings on how to deal with these things, and he promptly agreed to foward all evidence of the cloaking miner in the Kruger field. Three days later I am still waiting for the said evidence.
A few moments after that conversation, a Hegemon with the callsign Stratos apeared, coming from the Stuttgart gate. The RNC claimed that was the miner he saw at the Kruger field with a cloaking device. But my scanners found no such device installed.
With no proof at that time against the ship, we let the Stratos continue on its way, with a warning for not mining outside the designated areas, waiting for the evidence that never got fowarded to take any action.
I wonder if there was any evidence at all...

Guten tag, Wachmann Carsten hier again. My recent patrol were really busy so I´m sending you another report. And some of the events require attention of Rheinland Federal Polizei, military...or maybe even the government. You will see yourself.
The first one is really dubious activity of Bretonia diplomatic ship. Well, at least they claimed this and tried to push on me with it. I saw via TLAGSNET ship named Monty_Python with possible load of black market munitions moving in Munich system. I tried to get there as fast as possible while ship moved to Frankfurt. I was able to catch it just when it was moving to jump into Sigma-13. Scanning confirmed illegal cargo onboard in form of 15 cargo units of black market munitions - by the way there was really lot of types of cargo including military equipment, and my scanners also found some encrypted files in the ship´s computer - so I ordered pilot to stop but he jumped. So I...
*stop for a moment, thinking*
...erm...decided to take necessary means to catch criminal...what ended with...well, I forced law violator to return to Frankfurt system and there I started investigation next to Fulda Border Station while military officer Wolfgang Weber arrived there. Ship in question had Armed Forces IFF and person who introduced himself as sir James Python claimed they work for Bretonian Intelligence Service and are envoys of Bretonian government. Identification papers of the ship seemed like that too. Herr Python then started playing innocent with story that they bought it on The Ring so they thought it is legal. Then said "we are ready to provide you with the certain goods in the interest of our goverments friendship" - I´m not sure but this was actually maybe attempt to bribe me.
But I didn´t react to the "offer" so then they started using diplomatic immunity. They dropped the cargo but fine started to be an issue. Herr Python said that they "are not a regular vessel" and they don´t have to pay a fine because "we must but as a pardon from the Bretonian Goverment" and finally that fining them "may have diplomatic implication" and later also that he is "quite an important member of her majesty's goverment". So in short, they did what I call exerting pressure on law enforcement authority. But that was just beginning. When they realized this won´t work on me, they asked for diplomatic representative and also who is my superior officer and if I can call them. I tried but I didn´t reach Director Artura or Oberst Wolthers. In the meantime, I asked cargo they have and Herr Python said they "were instructed to make aquisitions for the defence ministry".
Then it started to be even better. I was contacted by some probably Bretonian embassy representative, Captain Miller. After some opening talk and my explanation what Bretonian vessel did I was even asked to "let them slip because minister of foreign affairs is onboard"! And listen really carefully why. Because "the captain of the vessel was assigned to take these munitions back to Bretonia for a project. He is under protection of the law of Bretonia." Ja, really, that is what Captain Miller said to me.
Then instead of Herr Python, some State Secretary Henry Cottington continued to speak with me for Monty_Python. He insisted on not paying fine and let them go. Later Captain Miller probably gave up and told me to "make him to pay fine, just don´t tell anyone about what you heard". But we still didn´t reach the end. When Herr Cottington realized that invervention of Captain Miller didn´t help, they said they are going to contact Bretonian prime minister! Quite absurd, don´t you think? I started to expect Queen Carina herself to be next one. And this all because of 2,5 million fine. But it was just a threat probably, they then finally started to be willing to pay, but Herr Cottington at beginning "offered" 1,5 million. I told him fine really isn´t negotiable and then he sent for unknown reason 2 616 254 credits so I had to refund what was above the fine. Then they left, saying "be sure your superiors will hear about this" and "the Bretonian Goverment will not forget this". I honestly I think this is material for our own ministry of foreing affairs. Now to another case which requires close attention because it is about possible spy. I encountered again junker IFFed Salvage Frigate named Stormrider. If this name rings the bell - ja, I once reported this one some time ago for smuggling. Just to remind it - on 29th October around 21:07 SMT I was in front of planet New Berlin, still communicating with surface polizei units about another case - pirate train with black market munitions - when Stormrider appeared there and rushed to land. I made a quick scans which revealed onboard 30 cargo units of cardamine and 10 units of artifacts. Unfortunately I was not able to prevent him from docking so quickly, even two RM fliegers couldn´t do anything. And pilot was not stupid enough to undock again.
But it went more serious now, when he violated laws again yesterday. Firstly in Hamburg around 18:28 SMT when I ordered him to stop, but he instead quickly docked on Alster Shipyard. And scans show he had Liberty Navy personnel onboard!
Later, around 23:40 SMT, I spotted him after he left Braunschweig system. He ignored my orders to stop and flew into Halle system! From our talk it was obvious he knows laws and knows he is breaking them repeatedly. He also admitted he went to Halle because he "is mapping systems". He claimed he is doing it just for himself but considering fact he was carrying Liberty Navy personnel through Rheinland space, it more indicates he is Liberty spy. And to finish his offences, he somehow hacked mooring system and docked on our guard station during my interrogation! What the hell are mooring operators doing down there? Ship was already reported to criminal database. You can see all evidence regarding criminal activity of this ship hier...
Now to two reports which comes under "daily routine" type of events. First one is DSE Bison transport named Strohhut_Mo which I caught in New Berlin system transporting unlicensed cargo - high-temperature alloys. Captain obviously didn´t pay attention while reading our laws...well, maybe he didn´t read them at all because he was asking what he can transport. I confiscated cargo and destroyed it because there wasn´t available any transport ship, and because it was first offence of this ship, let it go without fine. Uploading evidence...
Second one is part of daily routine on patrols in Hamburg system, but just to show you that nothing changed here. I stopped in front of planet Hamburg IFFless Borderworld Transport named Sergei with Freelancer ID loaded with aluminium. During questioning it showed up captain is heading to Newcastle, but through Liberty, so I strongly noticed him that this would be against laws. Then he turned around and started his trip towards Stuttgart system and Omegas. Scans and record hier...
Now...despite I -love- paperwork, I have to fly my patrol. Wait, sure, confirmation of fine wired to arsenal account. Hier...

Guten tag, Wachmann Carsten hier again. My recent patrol were really busy so I´m sending you another report. And some of the events require attention of Rheinland Federal Polizei, military...or maybe even the government. You will see yourself.
The first one is really dubious activity of Bretonia diplomatic ship. Well, at least they claimed this and tried to push on me with it. I saw via TLAGSNET ship named Monty_Python with possible load of black market munitions moving in Munich system. I tried to get there as fast as possible while ship moved to Frankfurt. I was able to catch it just when it was moving to jump into Sigma-13. Scanning confirmed illegal cargo onboard in form of 15 cargo units of black market munitions - by the way there was really lot of types of cargo including military equipment, and my scanners also found some encrypted files in the ship´s computer - so I ordered pilot to stop but he jumped. ...erm...decided to take necessary means to catch criminal...what ended with...well, I forced law violator to return to Frankfurt system and there I started investigation next to Fulda Border Station while military officer Wolfgang Weber arrived there. Ship in question had Armed Forces IFF and person who introduced himself as sir James Python claimed they work for Bretonian Intelligence Service and are envoys of Bretonian government. Identification papers of the ship seemed like that too. Herr Python then started playing innocent with story that they bought it on The Ring so they thought it is legal. Then said "we are ready to provide you with the certain goods in the interest of our goverments friendship" - I´m not sure but this was actually maybe attempt to bribe me.
But I didn´t react to the "offer" so then they started using diplomatic immunity. They dropped the cargo but fine started to be an issue. Herr Python said that they "are not a regular vessel" and they don´t have to pay a fine because "we must but as a pardon from the Bretonian Goverment" and finally that fining them "may have diplomatic implication" and later also that he is "quite an important member of her majesty's goverment". So in short, they did what I call exerting pressure on law enforcement authority. But that was just beginning. When they realized this won´t work on me, they asked for diplomatic representative and also who is my superior officer and if I can call them. I tried but I didn´t reach Director Artura or Oberst Wolthers. In the meantime, I asked cargo they have and Herr Python said they "were instructed to make aquisitions for the defence ministry".
Then it started to be even better. I was contacted by some probably Bretonian embassy representative, Captain Miller. After some opening talk and my explanation what Bretonian vessel did I was even asked to "let them slip because minister of foreign affairs is onboard"! And listen really carefully why. Because "the captain of the vessel was assigned to take these munitions back to Bretonia for a project. He is under protection of the law of Bretonia." Ja, really, that is what Captain Miller said to me.
Then instead of Herr Python, some State Secretary Henry Cottington continued to speak with me for Monty_Python. He insisted on not paying fine and let them go. Later Captain Miller probably gave up and told me to "make him to pay fine, just don´t tell anyone about what you heard". But we still didn´t reach the end. When Herr Cottington realized that invervention of Captain Miller didn´t help, they said they are going to contact Bretonian prime minister! Quite absurd, don´t you think? I started to expect Queen Carina herself to be next one. And this all because of 2,5 million fine. But it was just a threat probably, they then finally started to be willing to pay, but Herr Cottington at beginning "offered" 1,5 million. I told him fine really isn´t negotiable and then he sent for unknown reason 2 616 254 credits so I had to refund what was above the fine. Then they left, saying "be sure your superiors will hear about this" and "the Bretonian Goverment will not forget this". I honestly I think this is material for our own ministry of foreing affairs. I encountered again junker IFFed Salvage Frigate named Stormrider. If this name rings the bell - ja, I once reported this one some time ago for smuggling. Just to remind it - on 29th October around 21:07 SMT I was in front of planet New Berlin, still communicating with surface polizei units about another case - pirate train with black market munitions - when Stormrider appeared there and rushed to land. I made a quick scans which revealed onboard 30 cargo units of cardamine and 10 units of artifacts. Unfortunately I was not able to prevent him from docking so quickly, even two RM fliegers couldn´t do anything. And pilot was not stupid enough to undock again.
But it went more serious now, when he violated laws again yesterday. Firstly in Hamburg around 18:28 SMT when I ordered him to stop, but he instead quickly docked on Alster Shipyard. And scans show he had Liberty Navy personnel onboard!
Later, around 23:40 SMT, I spotted him after he left Braunschweig system. He ignored my orders to stop and flew into Halle system! From our talk it was obvious he knows laws and knows he is breaking them repeatedly. He also admitted he went to Halle because he "is mapping systems". He claimed he is doing it just for himself but considering fact he was carrying Liberty Navy personnel through Rheinland space, it more indicates he is Liberty spy. And to finish his offences, he somehow hacked mooring system and docked on our guard station during my interrogation! What the hell are mooring operators doing down there? Ship was already reported to criminal database. You can see all evidence regarding criminal activity of this ship hier...
Now to two reports which comes under "daily routine" type of events. First one is DSE Bison transport named Strohhut_Mo which I caught in New Berlin system transporting unlicensed cargo - high-temperature alloys. Captain obviously didn´t pay attention while reading our laws...well, maybe he didn´t read them at all because he was asking what he can transport. I confiscated cargo and destroyed it because there wasn´t available any transport ship, and because it was first offence of this ship, let it go without fine. Uploading evidence...
Second one is part of daily routine on patrols in Hamburg system, but just to show you that nothing changed here. I stopped in front of planet Hamburg IFFless Borderworld Transport named Sergei with Freelancer ID loaded with aluminium. During questioning it showed up captain is heading to Newcastle, but through Liberty, so I strongly noticed him that this would be against laws. Then he turned around and started his trip towards Stuttgart system and Omegas. Scans and record hier...
Now...despite I -love- paperwork, I have to fly my patrol. Wait, sure, confirmation of fine wired to arsenal account. Hier...

I spotted the first one, IFFless Mammoth Liberty transport named Meda with Freelancer papers with artifacts onboard, via TLAGSNET moving in Stuttgart. Me and secondary fleet military pilot Wolfgang Weber moved quickly from Hamburg where we held patrol at that moment and then had some luck because despite he slipped to New Berlin in same time when we jumped to Stuttgart, we were able do catch him up at Bonn. He docked but after my warning, returned to space, handed over 149 units of contraband and paid fine. We also confiscated two Natterturm guns he had too. But what was quite ridiculous was that I asked then where is he heading with rest of the cargo consisting of 6 cargo units of scrap metal and 1966 units of diamonds, and his answer was Liberty. Unfortunately I couldn´t keep eye on this ship because at this moment I spotted via TLAGSNET another smuggler in Hamburg. So I just told this pilot to avoid any attempt to go to Liberty through Hamburg and then started with officer Weber back to Hamburg. Uploading scans and record...
Second case started as I already mentioned but this smuggler turned to be far away from the first one in his nature. From TLAGSNET I knew he is approaching New Berlin jumpgate so we simply waited for him at New Berlin side. Shortly after he appeared there - Bison transport named L-travel with Ageira IFF and ID, loaded with 4200 cargo units of black market munitions. It seems that some Ageira contractors decided to change goods. Anyway, captain of the ship talked with us at the beginning, but then with almost no warning opened fire of battletransport´s guns on Weber´s ship and destroyed it within few seconds. Fortunately his automatic escape pod ejecting system worked as it should. Then, because I kept my distance and was quick enough to not be surprised off guard, the fight started. It took me quite some time because I had to dodge and keep my distance from well armed hostile ship, but at the end smuggler´s ship turned into few fireballs flying all around. I tractored all escape pods for trial and then destroyed contraband because of lack of enough cargo hold in my ship. Suspects which survived were handed over to surface polizei personnel on planet New Berlin as well as artifacts from previous case. Evidence hier...
Next day, I returned to patrol Hamburg system and it didn´t take long time before another smuggler appeared, heading around planet Hamburg towards Liberty. This time it was IFFless Gull named NoAlternative - I wonder if this was intented to soften police when caught or what - loaded with 970 cargo units of black market munitions. And there was even another offence, because scans showed that pilot possess two identifications, one as Freelancer, probably forged, and another, probably true one, was already written in pirate database. Pilot was probably new because he claimed cargo must be legal when he bought it on The Ring, and even admitted he is heading to Liberty. Then he said he will just "turn around and return cargo to The Ring". But when he realized his cargo is going to be confiscated or he will be quickly destroyed because apart from me there was also present bounty hunter interested in this probable pirate, he tried to engage old-fashioned cloaking device so I had to destroy the ship and then the contraband. Not long time after this event, huge unexpected ion storm went through the system. We were with bounty hunter Diazz at New Berlin gate so we landed on Lübeck Border Station and waited. But just after storm ended and we undocked, we spotted another smuggler! He was cruising into open space, but thanks to powerful engines of my Mjolnir which I love, we got him after short pursue. Ship was Camara named [SRB]Meda - I wonder if quite similar name with first smuggler is just coicindence - with Junkers IFF and ID loaded with 630 cargo units of artifacts. Captain was quite tongue-tied but when I started countdown for dropping cargo or be destroyed, he finally dropped it and then paid the fine. Complete evidence hier...

It seems that some Ageira contractors decided to change goods. Anyway, captain of the ship talked with us at the beginning, but then with almost no warning opened fire of battletransport´s guns on Weber´s ship and destroyed it within few seconds. Fortunately his automatic escape pod ejecting system worked as it should. Then, because I kept my distance and was quick enough to not be surprised off guard, the fight started. It took me quite some time because I had to dodge and keep my distance from well armed hostile ship, but at the end smuggler´s ship turned into few fireballs flying all around. I tractored all escape pods for trial and then destroyed contraband because of lack of enough cargo hold in my ship. Suspects which survived were handed over to surface polizei personnel on planet New Berlin as well as artifacts from previous case. Evidence hier...
Next day, I returned to patrol Hamburg system and it didn´t take long time before another smuggler appeared, heading around planet Hamburg towards Liberty. This time it was IFFless Gull named NoAlternative - I wonder if this was intented to soften police when caught or what - loaded with 970 cargo units of black market munitions. And there was even another offence, because scans showed that pilot possess two identifications, one as Freelancer, probably forged, and another, probably true one, was already written in pirate database. Pilot was probably new because he claimed cargo must be legal when he bought it on The Ring, and even admitted he is heading to Liberty. Then he said he will just "turn around and return cargo to The Ring". But when he realized his cargo is going to be confiscated or he will be quickly destroyed because apart from me there was also present bounty hunter interested in this probable pirate, he tried to engage old-fashioned cloaking device so I had to destroy the ship and then the contraband. Not long time after this event, huge unexpected ion storm went through the system. We were with bounty hunter Diazz at New Berlin gate so we landed on Lübeck Border Station and waited. But just after storm ended and we undocked, we spotted another smuggler! He was cruising into open space, but thanks to powerful engines of my Mjolnir which I love, we got him after short pursue. Ship was Camara named [SRB]Meda - I wonder if quite similar name with first smuggler is just coicindence - with Junkers IFF and ID loaded with 630 cargo units of artifacts. Captain was quite tongue-tied but when I started countdown for dropping cargo or be destroyed, he finally dropped it and then paid the fine. Complete evidence hier...

Meine Damen and Herren,
from next week on, the main department of the Rheinland Federal Polizei will receive new equipment.
Apart from a some rather new Phantom models that will replace the older models, we also receive a full batch of light bergelmir bombers.
Ja, you have heard right, Bergelmir bombers, that were, until now restricted to the SEK pilots.
The bombers should be deployed to Bonn station within the following weeks. Any member of the Rheinland Federal Polizei with rank of Wachmann or higher needs to fill out and hand over the request from A-38 in triplicate to the quartermaster.
Then each request will be reviewed before each pilot will be assigned to a Bergelmir.
Furthermore, the SEK will also receive new hardware in form of four heavy Fafnir bombers. Those bombers will bit by bit handed over to the stationed SEK units in Rheinland.
For further questions and concerns, do not hesitate to contact your superiours.

Guten Tag...
First of all, I would like to thank the Department for putting this faith in me and promoting me to the rank of Komissar. I will do my best to justify your faith in me.
When I got to work today, I was informed that I had been given command of ein Polizei 568-ARKG-B6 "Behemoth" Rheinland Transport class vessel, registered as RFP|Des.Kanzler's.Rache, a rather fitting name if I may add. I summoned the crew, and gave a little introduction speech, before we launched from New Berlin.
The system was rather peacefull with a few miners and traders here and there. It was then that our TLAG sensors detected a suspicious vessel in Hamurg. I ordered the ship to the Hamburg jumpgate and waited.
Few minutes later a junker pirate train appeared with a cargo hold full of slaves.
I ordered the ship to stop, which he refused, so I issued the order 2 more times, and the captain still refused and tried to run away. Fearing for the lives of those slaves, but having no other options I ordered my gunner to open fire. After a brief fight the ship was destroyed. Our vessel took no damage. The ship was named Mothertrucker.

Sadly not all the slaves survived the encounter, but we were able to rescue 1500 of those poor people and they were taken to New Berlin where the will be taken care of.
I hereby propose that Mothertrucker be put on the Criminal Database and we notify all our members, as well as the RM that this ship is to be, from now on, stopped and destroyed on sight...
