Konnichiwa sisters.
This is rather an unusual situation to ask you instead of doing this myself but I am too busy sorting out my ships to take care of this.
A Friend of mine send me this camera shot which I attached below. It seems there is a stray drone in the Shikoku system nebula what I suppose, basing on the two planets in the background being possibly Junyo and Seto that seems to be other than the two we have. I would be more than grateful if you manage to bring that poor thing to KKJ for a little techy stuff if you know what i mean. But please at all cost be gentle the condition of drone seems to be rather critical or severely damaged at least and i would cry out loud if it would get destroyed. I hope nobody came out with similar idea, it could be of great use for the Gen'an.

Subject: Expedition into Ryukyu

Konnichiwa,

On 15/10/830, the newly assembled Hinokuma-Jingu opened a hyperspace rift into an unknown sector. We shall designate this new system as 'Ryukyu'. This anomaly was able to be reproduced a week later, and we should be able to recreate further instances of jump holes into the Ryukyu systems.

Ryukyu itself seems to be a resource rich alien world with extremely dangerous infrastructure in the gravitational center. Both the Murasaki and the Akechi were deployed to protect the scouting vessels as they mapped the systems and located points of interests. More on this later.

As shown above, Ryukyu has also been breached by other parties, so caution is adviced. Current known groups aware of Ryukyu are the Core, the Liberty navy, the IMG, and a couple of adventurous freelancers. From one of such freelancers we now know the location of a resource of interest: Organic Capacitors

The other resource was obtained through a deal with the IMG: Cryo Organisms. We do not know the location where they can be obtained thus far. Neither do we know their applications.

Many wrecks are scattered about Ryukyu, most likely most of them had been destroyed by the hostile infrastructure that also managed to severly damage some of our ships. Even the shield of the Ise couldn't withstand a direct hit without massive energy drain.

And finally, the system has a kind of unknown distortion field that disables any jump hole generation. The only exits out of the system, and entrances into adjacent systems, which are unable to be reached by our larger vessels, are generated by alien structures are positioned as a ring from the gravitational center. Purpose of this unknown.

Konnichiwa, Sisters.
Who says we can't party, eh?
We've went and usurped the racing facilities near the Golden Dragon Casino. Used them as intended, not like those soft amateur racer boys do. Blazed them rings like it was do or die.
We even hacked the sign abit. Good show overall.
But we didn't stop there. We took a trip to Pennsylvania and tried its track as well. Gotta say, the one in Shikoku is much better!

Hey... Maybe sit down for this, ok? Also, you better get a bottle ready, something strong.

So, I was in Honshu a bit ago and ran upon that Revenant woman, her male subordinate, and some other ship. I snooped on them for a while, only revealing myself when it appeared they were leaving. But that's not why I'm sending you this message.

Revenant unsurprisingly had no clue who I was, but she told me something I think you should know. I don't want to tell you this, to be honest, but I have to. Hemlocke, your friend, was most likely killed. Murdered by his underlings, it seems. She said it's not confirmed, but knowing the company he kept, it's probably true. She went on about why she thought it was true, but when the woman started on about his Nomad lover, I knew I needed a drink.

I'm so sorry, Misaki-san.

Konnichiwa Adachi-san,

It is very sad news that you bring. But I do not believe Hemlocke is dead. He is a stubborn SOB who would refuse to die anyway. And if he is truly dead, we can always try to revive him with Liberty ale. Truly, Rogues are strange people.

Or Revenant is just lying.

Which makes me think of a new project: Project Headpat. I will put out a notice for people to find Hemlocke and give him a headpat. If he faked his death and is indeed the right Hemlocke, he will be very angry if you pat him on the head. Then you will know the right Hemlocke has been found.

Kon'nichiwa Sisters

I am contacting you today to inform you about my recent travels and a Discovery that I made while I was away from you. I was as usual on a Trading Mission to our Friends at Malta, to trade some of our Delicious Shige for some Fresh Cardamine. The Maltese really love our Shige, especially the higher-ups in Maltese Society, and also some of the younger "Party People" really enjoy the Taste. I have to say that while the Older and more Distinguished Gentlemen and Ladies enjoy the Shige in its Purest form. I also have some reports that Wild Youth enjoys the Shige in Cocktails more, with some different flavors mixed into it. I have to admit that I have tried one of their Cocktails and I have to say that the Version with Shige and Strawberrys was pretty Delicious. I am sure that if we were able to offer Shige in Different Tastes we could earn even more money, and I am sure that not just the Maltese "Party Folks" would then buy our Drinks.

But this Message is not about the Variations of Shige, as much as I enjoy their Yummy Tastes. No, this Com is about the Discovery that I made as I ran away from a KNF Patrole in Kyushu. I was on my way back when I had the Unfortune to Run into 3 KNF Fighters near the Jumphole to Tau 23. Thankfully I could Outrun them with the Amaririsu after a while. But still, I didn't feel safe to fly home right away, that's why I decided to cover my tracks with a Long Flight through the Seiran Dust Cloud. I admit that my Paranoia got the Better of me at that time as I flew in there much deeper than I probably needed. But my Paranoia proved pretty useful as I have made quite the Discovery in that cloud. I Came across the Lifeless shell of a Lapdog Destroyer that Drifted inside the Cloud Completly Peacefull. At first, I was Scared beyond belief as I had seen this ship first on my Scanners and then from my Bridge Windows. I thought they had Caught me or maybe Sprung a Trap for me. But then I realized that the Ship Showed weird Power Levels and that the thing didn't even move or demand my Surrender as the Lapdog Destroyers are usually Doing. Also as we came Closer the Ship Also seemed damaged in some Way.

When we made some Deeper Scans of the Ship we noticed that the Ship was Diferent from the Usual Models of Destroyers that the Lapdogs used against us. It seemed Older and had some parts I had never seen on the other Models. Anyway, after a while, when nothing happened and no other Lapdog Ship jumped into Action to Hunt us, we decided to Investigate the Ship Further. We have noticed Raised Radiation Levels from the Ship that are much higher than they usually should be. Thankfully I have invested in some Space Suits with a Higher Radiation Resistance when I was on that Junker Base the last time. Still, we were just Shortly on board of that Destroyer as the Radiation Levels were Way too High for an Extended Stay on board. Still,l we had enough time to Investigate the Lifeless Ship. As we have thought after the first Scanns of the Ship we have Found the Crew Dead from Acute Radiation Poisoning Apparently it went all Pretty Fast as we have found some of them still in their Beds and Collapsed at their Work Stations.

We could not stay long on the ship due to the still High Levels of Radiation, but we managed to Download the Data Drives of the Ship. We also managed to find out that they were doing some kind of Jumpdrive Experiment with that Ship and that the Destroyer itself is also a Prototype Model. From what the Logbooks are Showing us the Ship disappeared over 3 Years ago as the Jump Drive Failed and the Resulting Damage Breached the Containment Fields of the Drive and the Reactor and Bathed the Ship in High Levels of Radiation. Apparently, the Crew tried to Fix the Problem by Jetison the Reactor and the Experimental Cloaking Device, but due to the Radiation, they Died before they could finish the Procedure. Many of the Systems were Still Encrypted but after a good amount of coding, I could put my Hacker Skills to good use and was able to Jetison both the Core and the Cloaking Device. After that, we left the Destroyer but Marked its Location. With the approval of the Sisterhood, I would like to Tow the Cruiser to either KKJ or another Friendly Shipyard and Begin the Repair Work. While I am not a Engenier I have a Feeling that this Ship Could become a Valuable Asset for the Sisterhood. The Engenier on my ship told me that she thinks the ship is Salvageable and could be put into Service for the Sisterhood. But she also told me that this would need a lot of work and that we might need help from our Friends at Planet Malta for this Endeavour, and maybe some Spare Parts from the Junkers. For now, I will Return to KKJ and Prepare an Expedition Team to Return to the Destroyer and Tow the Ship to a Safe Location.

Sayonarra.

Amaririsu-san,

This is certainly a remarkable find.

For the shige flavours, you should ask Shiraishi-san. She is the expert on shige related matters.

Now as for the ship...
I give you permission to assemble a team to salvage it and you shall have the funds you need to get the job done.

You raise a good question regarding the movement of the derelict. If towed towards Kinkaku-ji, you would need to cross open space, at least the short distance between Seiran and the Hayate Dust Field. To minimise the chance of detection, we would have to outfit the derelict with a rundamentary form of cloaking technology. It doesnt have to be rendered invisible, but at the very least to hide it from enemy scanners. With the derelict in tow, the speed will be at a crawl and you would be sitting ducks when detected.

Which is why I would suggest bringing it to Ainu first. There it can be prepared so it can be transported to a more specialised station like Kinkaku-ji while minimising the risks. If you need help from Malta, ask our good friend Chenzo for assistence.

Kon'nichiwa Matriarch Ishikawa

I thank you for your Encouragement and Kind words. I was really lucky to find this Ship and I might even have to send the Lapdogs a Thank You Letter once we have Repaired the Ship. I also thank you for the Allocation of the Necessary Funds and have already some ideas on how to Use them. I think we will Contact the Junker Congress to see if they can give us some Protective Suits to make it safer for our Sisters to work on board of that Ship. We will also ask them for some Cleaning Robots and see if we can let the Automatons do the Heavy and Dangerous Work for us.

I am also Gladly taking your Advice to tow the ship over to Ainu instead of Kinkaku-ji. You are Right that it would be too dangerous to tow the Ship towards Kyushu. We would not only need to Cross open space but also a heavily used Tradelane. The detection of the Ship would be almost Guaranteed even when we put some Cloaking Technology on the ship. And even when we would make it cross the trade Lane we would run into the Farmers Alliance from Kagoshima in the Hayate Dust Cloud. We will tow the ship Toward Hokkaido and will Moor the ship at Ainu Depot.

I have also contacted the Blood Dragons and asked for there support in the Decontamination and Restoration of the Cruiser but sadly I haven't gotten any reply from them so far. I will Try to Continue making contact with them but if they are not Responding then I have already some other Ideas in mind. I am sure our Maltese Friend Chenzo would like to learn some Kusarian Military Secrets by Restoring that Destroyer. I have also Included some Pictures that I have Taken of the Destroyer when we were at the ship, I will put them into the Attachment.

Kon'nichiwa Sisters

Today the Crew of the Kakumei and I were on a Training Flight in New Tokyo. The ship is still very new and the Crew doesn't have much experience with Destroyer Operations yet. So I thought we could Combine some Training and a Bit of Piracy to Finance our Operations at the same time. At the Start everything went pretty well and we could Capture some Hogosha Pilots who thought it was a good idea to Mess with the Kakumei. But our Blood Dragon Weapons made quick work with their fighters and we could even Capture the Pilots for Interrogations. Maybe they spill the beans on some Convoys so that we can Rob. I am sure Misaki San would love to Capture some of the Hogosha Booze Convoys bound for the Golden Dragon.

Well anyway, the next target we came across was a Empty Interspace Freighter. I already wanted to let the Ship go as it was completely Empty and had nothing Realy Valuble on board as a Corsair Battlecruiser Deactivated his Cloaking Device. The Consul Class Battlecruiser DTR-CNS>Mors_Certissima was a bit to much of a Fight for my Ship. We only Left the Drydock a Couple of Weeks ago and have not really had much time to hold a Proper Anti-Capitalship Combat Drill yet. So I did the only thing that seemed smart at this situation. I Provoked the Corsair till it couldn't Think Straight and lured him towards the Jumpgate. I knew that the Ohashi Border Station would be on the other side and would hold that Big Ship back while we could slip past it. And thankfully everything went as planed and this Bought me some Precious Seconds to Charge the Cruise Engines and Escape.

The Battlecruiser Chased me halfway trough Chugoku and we exchanged some...well lets call it "Compliments" along the way. In the end I could Thankfully get some Help from Morioka and the Sisters that are Stationed there. Together we could Fend of that Ugly Corsair Ship and the Kakumei could safely dock. The Damages were thankfully not too bad and we should be able to Repair everything with the help of the sisters from Morioka. All in all I have to say the crew did there job well and this was a good first Baptism of Fire for the GC-Kaumei.
