Today i got a stroke of luck during the short time that i traded. I managed to avoid a Corsair Gunboat in Omega 3 and he did not attempt to follow me. I then made it to Cambridge and hired an S/D Sea Serpent to escort me for the rest of the time i was trading. I reached Cortez and decided to spend the night there, i heard they have some nice resorts....

On my trade run to Cambridge VeST|Lithning-17 Extorted 3 million credits from me. I tried to negotiate down but it didn't work. On the way back I tried to avoid them but he and Vilkas|Iltis (or IItis maybe?) tried to extort a total of five from me because RepEx had a bounty contract on Lithning. I refused and tried to run but was caught. My ship was nearly destroyed and I had to drop my cargo but they let me limp on to Freistadt on the condition that I inform you that you must remove the bounties on their heads and I believe they made some sort of vague threat after that. Now what good are these bounty contracts if they only cause more troubles for us. I have still never been able to get an escort in New Berlin which doesn't help either (advice on how to get them would be much appreciated. Needless to say I am somewhat upset. I hope actions will be taken to limit this type of occurrence in the future.

interesting day. i was trading in sigma 13 about to go into frankfurt and suddenly a junker came out of no where, Demanding my Cargo. when i refused he attacked, but he seemed to of forgotten somthing, ammo for his cruise disrupters, i managed to evade him, sadly i did not get his name due to him knocking off my scanners (//Forgot name). but i have managed to aqquire 25 million credits today, that is all.
