Subject: Encounter Report — “Civil Servant”

While preparing for a rendezvous with a local merchant regarding a vessel acquisition, I encountered an individual flying under the cryptic callsign "Civil Servant". The interaction, while not hostile, revealed considerable philosophical depth. The subject described themselves as an observer of the "Void", speaking of it in spiritual and symbolic terms. Their language reflected themes found in the writings of Matsuda Yuyu, albeit framed...

Notable Observations:
• Described their purpose as “monitoring and research,” claiming no political alignment.
• Referred to the Void as a force — a feminine entity, a teacher, and a reflection of human consequence.
• Expressed clear avoidance of structured leadership or written doctrine, due to “cults of personality.”
• Spoke of facilities in Rheinland, though gave no names or coordinates.
• Displayed understanding of GC philosophy — even referencing Yuyu Matsuda directly.

Impression:
This “Civil Servant” operates on the periphery of known factions. Their cryptic nature is not dismissive, but reflective. There is a sense of controlled secrecy — not the kind used for deception, but as a defense against misinterpretation. Their sentiments resonated with our teachings, and their view of the universe as an unforgiving but honest force mirrors parts of our own manifesto.

Closing Reflection:
Our exchange was brief, but I felt a weight behind their words. If what they spoke is truth, then even in the silence of space, the echo of the Sisterhood’s ideals may travel farther than expected. I will remain attentive. Perhaps more can be learned — if not from them, then from the shadow their voice cast.

For the Bloom. For the Dream.

Kon'nichiwa Sisters

I want to report to you about a nice little encounter with the IMG. Some of our Sisters asked me to organize some Whisky for them if we come across some ships in the Tau´s. After a Week Long Patrole, we were sadly not Lucky to encounter any ships with the Good Dublin Whisky. After all, we have some Certain Standards to uphold, so we should use nothing but the best. Even for a Experimental Batch of Whisky-Shige. So we decided that rather than waiting for it, we would simply get the Whisky straight from the Source. With this, we could give our sisters what they needed to experiment with a new Branch of Whisky-Shige.

As we approached Arranmore, we encountered several IMG Ships. It was a Large Convoy of around 4 to 5 Ships. Most of them were Transport. But they also had a Fighter with them for escort. They had, of course, many Questions about the Kakumei, but that's what people always have when they see my Destroyer. They said they would React Hostile to us if I had some Shige on board. But I told them that we respect the Laws and Rules of our Molly Friends. And that we sell our Shige mostly in Liberty. That seemed to calm them. Looks like the IMG won't become Loyal Customers soon.

But at least the Encounter did end without Violence and we got a nice full load of Shige. On the way Back we met Sister Misaki, and she escorted us back home to KKJ. It was lovely to have her as my escort and to fly the last Leg of our journey with her. After we offloaded the Whisky, we went on a nice little patrol with Sister Misaki and had some more fun.

Sayonarra.
