Well, after what seems like an eternity I am happy to report that I can return to an active status. First order of business: ditching the CTrans. Fortunately, all information systems have been restored, so my aimless wandering throughout Sirius will not be so aimless.
Also, I passed along the new Epsilon 'decree' to Edgar and he suddenly became ecstatic and lively...almost as if he'd just been smacked on the forehead by a faith-healer. He was so eager to get back into space that he even turned down my invite for a bit of pre-flight celebratin' in the bar...

Also made the trip to Omega 15 last night. The Prine has lain so fallow that I had to flog that bloody NCC to get the factory undercoating. No worries though. A nice man in a plantation hat fronted me the cash to replace it, and add a geegaw or two as well.
The Prine is currently in Bretonia space, and will be back at Waterloo before you can say "Steamroller, baby"!

We had two of our traders attacked recently by Helghast of Sirius, The Gothic Maiden and Escobar's LTrain. Both got out alive with the cargo intact but payed two milion credits for the mercy.
Everyone who got the blackbird - scramble to Bretonia and Omicron Theta! 4 milion credits for the first Helghast downed (*screenshot as proof*) from me! Any other is worth a milion creds!
Asses up now, time to fly those birds!
By the way, be nice to Max (I think, sorry, problem remembering names), he is a new addition to the wing. I'm also expecting some more pilots to come shortly.

Well, boss, good and bad news.
The good news: an actual escort mission, though I had to go down on standard pricing a bit to allow for the client's pocketbook.
He was running some odd polymer thingies up to Honshu when I offered service. Escorted him there, and then on a tour of some of the more out-of-the way markets.. FP11, Corfu.. the Neutron express run to CRS. He was thankful to the tune of 200 K and expenses.
The bad news: While settling up outside Cambridge, a bloody DJC of all things, a something Cid, made a pass at the SF Sierra. I had not been invited to attend so was standing by when the blighter opened up on me! The Sierra stood her ground, and I and another brave soul managed to save our own souls by putting the DJC away. Like an idiot, I had yet to dock to repair rad damage, and still had a Nova parked "in the boot" to avoid the rad damage. (Yes, Jay, I see you smirking, o merciless Mentor..). Well, to make it short, that crafty undead DJC must have had a spare ship in the garage, and caught up with me at the New London Gate..
Needless to say, I required a ride back to Waterloo, and a tow for my eviscerated new Raven Claw.
Net for the evening.. a negative 7 Mil or so for the hardware, and a valuable lesson. Even one remaining DJC is one too many,

Sorry to hear about your trouble there mate. I guess I should've hung around for a while. I had a rather hairy encounter with the undead just a short while before your report. With a good deal of distraction from the Bretonian regulars though, I was able to repel the blighter. He left me with a bit of a repair bill, then I left with a bit of a bar bill...
I guess the DJC aren't completely dead yet...they're only 'mostly dead'. That particular one was a darn good pilot too...for a zombie.
