The rules for event are stated in the describtion. Everything else is up to the players. So yes, you can expect caps on your tail.

Well, all I can say is that Corsairs failed to bring their ships to Eta, for that we had to fight in the small system with all bases hostile to Outcasts... Somewhat fun, but not what I wanted. Anyway, as you all love to say, gf.
