note this line "Other players are not allowed to attack one who is leaving." i think some other's need to read the rule's.

Off course the player who has been killed must be allowed to leave, there are players that refuse to leave and therefore can be killed again. Multiple killing the same char is terrible RP, just as someone who refuses to leave is bad RP.
If a player that is trying to leave is killed again and again that is a sanctionable offense. A player that refuses to leave system after has been killed is running the risk of a sanction and can be attacked again as the victior can attack the defeated. The defeated cannot attack the victor as that is re-engagment and yet another sanctionable offense, although the defeated player can defend himself if he is attacked.
Long story short, if you die, leave the system you were killed in, respect the server rules and respect other players, if you cannot show respect you will end up getting no respect returned.

Not sure if you meant replace the outcast or have multiple ID's (a rule violation) you were insulting to all present and extremely arrogant after putting up with more than we should have the senior ranking 101st present gave the order to take you out. We did so and then you went completely childish with personal insults to those present. You stated several times you were going to return and kill all outcasts you could find as well as stating the same in these forums. It is no wonder you were killed on sight when you returned to outcast space.
I only made the connection to your G ESF character after i saw your name "pandamonium" in the forums. I think you are acting like a spoiled child who did not get what he wanted as fast as he wanted it and now you are proving that you are not a very mature person no matter what your age really is.
This is EXACTLY what happened on the first occassion you entered Alpha, you were asked to Halt, refused and landed on Malta, then proceed to tell us your story, we accepted it, but Orden still wanted to ask you a few questions, considering your story had more holes than Swiss cheese, You then commented 'I dont even like Outcasts, they suck' and were asked to leave the system IMMEDIATELY, You refused and headed out to do a mission, the order was given to destroy you and you WERE DESTROYED, you then felt the need to say comments including '//Noobz' and '//Nooblets' which are COMPLETELY OORP AND AGAINST SERVER RULES AS THEY ARE AIMED AT THE PLAYER, AND NOT THE CHARACTER.
We have a great reason to kill you everytime you enter Alpha, so quite your whinging and accept punishment.

The exact rule is:

If the player respawns in the same system, he/she must leave the system without engaging. Other players are not allowed to attack one who is leaving.
So if the player IS leaving, attacking them again is against the rules.
However, in this instance I am pretty darn sure the guy "WAS NOT" leaving.

and when you will talk about someones roleplay, then be sure that your roleplay is much much better. and what i see on that screens is not perfet roleplay from you....

this is all BS now there tryin to twist stuff in the incident in beta where i was cornered , i was killed THEN I Asked to leave they said noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo WE ARE GONNNA TEACH U A LESSON THEN THEY KILLED ME AGAIN that is clearly a breach in server rules they killed mke i respawned and was not allowed to leave , VINCENT YOU A LITTLE WORM TRYION TO SUGGGEST I REFUSED TO LEAVE if ur not to retarded ull seee in the secreenies i said IM DEAD CAN I LEAVE NOW loook its simple ur ppl are little rules breakers and its time to feell some sanctions i think. THE TIME IN ALPHA I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE AND REFUSED TO LEAVE I HAD NOT BEEN KILLED YET COZ I WAS EXPECTING NOT TO BE ATTACKED AS I HAD THE OUTCAST ID MOUNTED BUT I WAS KILLED WHICH IS OORP .... Thats the place for violations, the admins will give you attention if you use it, they wont trawl through every thread on the forum looking for people who demand attention.
Again try and work on your language and attitude.
