A little bump, along with a question: what do you think our prospects of going official are? I only ask because one of the boys asked me. I said that a vote would settle that, but I doubt 1.) that we'll vote "yes" and 2.) that we could get 500 million together for it.
Besides, becoming official just adds pressures, we're here to have fun, not play politics, si?

Yes and I'd recommend you to stay unofficial.
Being official brings you pretty much nothing, except possibility to have your own system, which isn't that good.
It also brings you to a position where you can act politicians with other Corsair factions with Council spots etc etc.
All in all, not fun.
Not to mention that there are 3 official Corsair factions already.
Your group is great because you'r restricted to Corsair ships only and you'r main concern is actually pirating, more then fighting.
My personal opinion is that you could loose more then gain from being official.

Sorry, i want to know how join The Eagles. And about the question, i think stay unofficial is better. Because, (like you say) we are here for fun, and to terrorize these traders. No need to political pressure. And its a way to be a different faction.
