RE: How do we reduce player apathy/Leaving rates? - Luke. - 04-07-2014 For those who like PvPing, it's really, really frustrating. If any kind of larger brawl is going on in-game it slows everything to a halt. RE: How do we reduce player apathy/Leaving rates? - Scumbag - 04-07-2014 It's not just one reason, it's all of them together adding up to make you not want to waste time here anymore. And the freelancer atmosphere/vibe has been lost a long time ago. RE: How do we reduce player apathy/Leaving rates? - Lythrilux - 04-07-2014 I'd also like to point out that not everyone wants to play in Liberty, which nowadays, seems to be pooling in all the activity from elsewhere. Furthermore, peoples favorite factions are dying out because there's no reason to play them (e.g no Corsair raids, Hessian playing is boring etc.) RE: How do we reduce player apathy/Leaving rates? - sindroms - 04-07-2014 I still am sure that this can be solved by relocating the majority of the ingame activity to different spots in Sirius every month. Be it an overbuffed mining zone, missions, some events or other. Make people use their money to create new characters they will use. RE: How do we reduce player apathy/Leaving rates? - Jinx - 04-07-2014 @Scumbag: because it pops up every now and then as an argument. but what exactly IS the "freelancer wibe" .. and more importantly - is there a common denominator about what it is other than 100 different opinions on what it is from 100 different people. If I remember, we're due to have buffed mining and other commodities soon. I think it'd just be better to chop some systems and let the various raids come back. RE: How do we reduce player apathy/Leaving rates? - Zen_Mechanics - 04-07-2014 Just 4.85. Please. RE: How do we reduce player apathy/Leaving rates? - Troyan12345 - 04-07-2014 Or you can merge some factions like the rogues and mollyes Rogue Molly Alliance , Junker union ( galic junkers and normal ones ) RE: How do we reduce player apathy/Leaving rates? - Scumbag - 04-07-2014 (04-07-2014, 09:26 AM)Jinx Wrote: @Scumbag: I can't say what it is but it's not there anymore. Maybe you agree with me that even if you start the game on hard mode from a starflyer you don't feel like you did in vanilla freelancer. |
