RE: 2014's Survey - Chucc - 11-26-2014 Answered survey. I'm surprised and not to see so few old players around still. Where have all my people gone? What have you done with them? I'll get you for this. RE: 2014's Survey - Vogel - 11-26-2014 I responded. I gave a lot of "No's" that had no room for explanation. This is primarily because I see certain things as a diversion of effort that could be used more productively. Deployable battleships, for example, would be better served by various defensive options for POBs. Unless player-flown battleships are treated identically, which is to say they can be destroyed "for good," it doesn't make enough sense to drop them around. Besides, don't we want players flying instead of pointing to their NPC minions? RE: 2014's Survey - Technogeist - 11-26-2014 To be honest I think we need cheap but easy to kill outposts to be used as staging grounds and defensive positions in fights. move the front lines around in systems like Magellan and Texas/Bering etc, but not weak enough for a random cap8 guy to come along as its being built and ruin it. that would make things interesting I think. RE: 2014's Survey - tothebonezone - 11-26-2014 Answered. Doubt my suggestion is worth anything RE: 2014's Survey - tothebonezone - 11-26-2014 Double posting. The issue with promises is that, they're only promises, and developers are very keen on not keeping any promises. On top of that, Roberts keeps releasing new packs and ships for exorbitant prices going GIVE ME YOUR SHEKELS and holding out his hands with a dozen gold rings around his fingers. The modules look okay, but I've seen nothing of the real core of the gameplay, and I will continue remaining doubtful of the game until it's been out, played, and reviewed by people who aren't buying in to the hype to try and avoid buyers remorse for their $5,000 ship pack DLC they bought. RE: 2014's Survey - SnakeLancerHaven - 12-16-2014 Nice, as always, Discovery in Star Citizen would be an awesome idea, as I always said. Currently the game itself has around 350'000 Players, if not more I don't remember, just having 10'000 of them inside Discovery Mod would be awesome enough. Therefor, there are also NPCs so np np. As for stationary Battleships, I've always discussed this with a friend of mine and it would indeed be awesome! I've left various of stuff, hope you guys realy consider reading it. Thanks for your time. RE: 2014's Survey - Kauket - 12-16-2014 Filled it out, enjoy going through my walls of text ![]() And ehh Star Citizen... Not everyone has a super computer to run it, plus the UI looks complex and a bit annoying RE: 2014's Survey - Sciamach - 12-16-2014 Submitted. When the time comes, please note the following: I WILL NOT BE SILENCED Also: not so sure on the whole Star Citizen thing... I'm keeping a safe distance from the game myself, avoiding spending any money on it, as a precaution measure I've started using whenever a game starts to look overhyped or too-good to be true. RE: 2014's Survey - pitockm - 12-16-2014 anyways. How Trading factions would be able to use a Battleship inrp as a HQ ? i say keep it for non-trade factions. But in Return. add MORE armor or reduce the repair costs and amounts for trading factions. PLox!
