I came across Torchlight 2 which is an older game, but pretty fun, complex and chill. You can also acquire it for free on Epic Store right now. I'd give it a try. You go from planet to planet to harvest resources, scan wildlife, plants and rocks, build shelters or entire bases, then get into your ship and move on to the next. It's not action packed, not combat focus, you just drift around and look at pretty sights.
