RE: Edinburgh -- GRN and Allies versus BAF and Allies - Vendetta - 12-14-2014 My Crecy wasn't useless for once. Had fun up 'till the end when things split up and got boring. BAF side needs more snub players. RE: Edinburgh -- GRN and Allies versus BAF and Allies - KaiserDietz - 12-14-2014 Kind of disappointing snub cap balance. Was not a fan of the caps firing on snubs. Otherwise good fight, the initial cap engagement was exciting. Wish the GRN cruiser was useful, so that it wasn't just valors. RE: Edinburgh -- GRN and Allies versus BAF and Allies - Omi - 12-14-2014 Pretty much. I know it's different on the other end of the screen as you sit there giggling while holding RMB for an hour straight, but playing a game of dodge-the-instakills and trying to grind millions of hitpoints down with Lynxes really doesn't do it for me. I'll probably not bother showing up again, since I'd rather have played a match of Dota this time round and don't foresee next time being any better. I mean, the only redeeming feature was that at least the caps didn't feed each other/snubs, but that's about it. RE: Edinburgh -- GRN and Allies versus BAF and Allies - Thunderer - 12-14-2014 The Valors didn't manage to maintain their formation, but if they did, the Bretonians would be begging here to not repeat this. Was fun though, despite being short. Let's have another one in Dublin. The Bretonians will gather at battleship Essex and the Gauls will invade from Leeds. The fleets will meet in E4. Also, I'm trying to make this another Texasburg, and that means everything versus everything. I'd like to separate it, but then we'll have a rather low number of Bretonian snubs, and same with Gallic caps. Was fun though, despite being short. Maybe this time put a restriction on the maximum number of caps each side can have? Next time I will fly GRN, maybe put a Jumpdrive on a Valor, RNS-Illustrious :p I like that RE: Edinburgh -- GRN and Allies versus BAF and Allies - black widow3 - 12-15-2014 (12-14-2014, 11:19 PM)Omicega Wrote: Pretty much. You should have faith, all you need is more cap players and you will have a chance. Next time I will fly a Valor on frog side
RE: Edinburgh -- GRN and Allies versus BAF and Allies - Cuttsy - 12-15-2014 Can you change the time for the next one ? so maybe other people can make it? Why is it always 8pm on a sunday ? Change it! RE: Edinburgh -- GRN and Allies versus BAF and Allies - Thunderer - 12-15-2014 Sunday is the day most people don't work/go to school/uni on and 8pm GMT is when most Europeans, the majority of the playerbase, can play. It can be at 6 or 7 though, if you wish, but I'm aiming at the time when all daily activities are done and people who don't have a life (us) watch TV or play games.
