To the attention of all OSC Captains

First I would like to thank Mr Wells and all of our staff for their reports on this matter, both present and forthcoming.

Unfortunately based upon the facts at hand and the reports currently submitted, there is little doubt in my mind that our famous Enterprise liners are reaching the end of their operational service. It is a sad day indeed to see our stoic workhorses beginning to fail and one I never envisioned coming to pass during my time here.
I have requested a projected outlook from both economic and service departments on gain an understanding of what impact this would have upon our company and how long we can maintain our current services, including the request of Mr Wells which I fully endorse and enact immediately.
I will take this opportunity to remind all staff that discussion of these reports are strictly prohibited outside our main offices, the last thing we need now is bad press.

Mr Wells, I must call upon you and your team to find a solution to this ever encroaching dilemma. Any current projects are to be considered frozen and top priority assigned to this task, the resources of OSC are at your disposal.

Good Morning!
After recieving word from something happening in Newcastle from both multiple neural net channels and the Shetland itself, I've moved out from Curacao to support our not anymore luxury liner in case anything happens. Getting there was already difficult enough, I was halted by a group of BPA and BAF vessels at the Newcastle gate in New London, but after a bit of talk and them realizing why I need o get trough ( and promising a weekend on Curacao for the officer in charge ) I was able to get past.

As I got to Shetland, things started to get pretty interesting. Ran into a BMM freighter flying civlians out of the "military restircted" area, although people didn't seem to know exactly what's happening. I personally was suspecting the Gallics to be at it again, but after more and more vessels appeared which are usually not regular in the area, I was sure I'm wrong. First one was an Oucast battleship, Sarissa class, flying around like they are on a vacation, then came an entire Liberty Security Force welcome party and multiple Armed Forces vessels.

Then all of the sudden, neural net connecton in the system went black, we've lost waypoint bouy signals and radar connection, so we were basically blind. Scrange noises came through the coms for a few seconds, then connection got reestablished. From that point, Armed Forces vessels kept sending a message to all civilian vessels to evacuate the area.

Driven by curiosity, I went further on the lane to take a look at what is actually happening that made so many warships gather around the area. What I found wasn't really what I was expecting. Multiple warships were gathering near South Shield Refinery.

They seemd to be waiting for something, when my scanners showed something I've only saw on records before. If I may comment, it looked pretty much like something I saw related to the Nomad wars of 800 A.S. , but still something different. After a few minutes I've decided it's much safer to return to Shetland and warn their security teams to get ready for anything. I am on alert docked on Shetland in case anything we don't want to be here comes around.

Best regards:
Kira Shino
Security Officer

Director Saguma we've dispatched a team of engineers to the Shetland, they should be with you in two hours along with a shipment of parts and oxygen that should hopefully stabilise the situation or at the very least buy you some time. If the issues have not been resolved before the 24 hour warning you are to follow the biohazard protocols and evacuate, I will ready the St. Lucia to handle the transportation and have her at your call within the hour.

Miss Shino reported a sizable military action taking place in Newcastle several days ago, has the Shetland taken aboard any personel or patients since that time? If so, we may need to involve the BAF and possibly the BIS.

Keep me informed of any new developments.

Kiko Saguma here reporting in that all ship functions are restored....but there is something strange happening here Mr. Pines. After the incident some what near Shetland it seems we received three individuals claiming to be Bretonian Armed Forces, yet they seem to have no form of Identification on them. They also seem to be very confused and keep demanding transport to Planet New London. As part of protocol 9 I have placed them under guard in the medical ward to be evaluated. I have tried to contact the Armed Forces but our Comm's Relay is down and am only able to broadcast from our private channels. Until I receive further order's the three will remain under guard till.....

A man stumbles through the door.

Ma'am one of the three men you had placed under guard has escaped and we cannot locate him...

What do you mean escaped...never mind I am initializing protocol 5 lock this place down and secure the entrances to our clients aboard.

Yes Ma'am!

Computer: Attention! This is a mandatory lockdown. This is not a drill all personnel are to secure all passengers to sector 4. Again this is not a drill.

I apologize sir seems we have a crisis. If you can reach out to the Armed Forces we may need them to figure out was is happening with those individuals.

Kiko Saguma out.

Security Commander Tyler Reks here!
After getting word from Director Saguma, I got some of my boys in shape , loaded all the fun stuff up along with a bunch of scrap metal to fill the holes of that rust bucket we call a Luxury Liner and headed out. We will be mooring to the Left B2 airlock and begin cleaning this mess up in no time. Just make sure no civilian gets in the way when we roll out!

Here's what I brought as a welcome party:
* 40 trained special security units
* 15 caches of light arms , ranging from pistols to heavy caliber bolter cannons
* 60 people from the repair crews from Curacao
* 100 hull panels to fill the holes that are there ...and the ones we'll probably make
* 50 different kind of engine parts to get this piece of junk moving if needed.

Over and out!
Tyler Reks
Security Officer

Director Saguma

Commander Reks and his team should be with you shortly to reinforce your position, we have transports and the St Lucia on standby should you need them. The Bretonian government will be notified immediately, however I would prefer to resolve this without involving the BAF directly as any potential contact with either Liberty or Bretonia could place our entire company under Gallic scrutiny, an unviting prospect given their proximity.
As for the individuals, I will defer to your judgement. If they can be taken alive without great risk then do so, if not you and your team have my authority to use lethal force if necessary.

In the meantime I would advise deploying the laser anntena to communicate with the Battleship MacDuff should the situation worsen, hopefully the Armed Forces haven't removed all the archaic systems from their fleet.

Good luck.

Dear OSC command,
I am contacting you to report a breach of security on-board the luxury liner Hawaii. It appears smugglers have managed to by-pass the scanners used during passenger boarding.

The issue came to light during a routine flight between the Luxury Liner Hawaii and Planet Manhattan. After i entered the New York system I was ordered to halt by a number of police ships. Their scanners had picked up a number of sorted artifacts on-board, these had not been identified or flagged up by our systems. Thankfully the objects were inert and the smugglers were apprehended by our security team and handed over to the Liberty police for questioning.

This is either a failing of our protocols or the systems aboard our current Enterprise class vessels. I urge other captains to be vigilant and keep security staff well drilled and suggest an investigation into the cause of the breach. Next time it might not be some inert artifacts!

Regards

Cpt. Daniel T Simpson

Captain Simpson,

I have just read your report and quite frankly I am shocked that our systems failed to detect the contraband on both the Hawaii and the Ascension. You and your staff are to be commended for your handling of the incident, though I suspect our tax bracket in Liberty may see a small rise in response.
I have actioned this issue for immediate investigation by our security department, the last thing we need is our liners becoming smuggler havens.

Chairman,
Today we almost lost the Atlantis, 3000+ passengers and over 100 VIP guests. While entering the Colorado system the Atlantis had a full reactor shutdown. At the same time we were jumped by a group of Lane Hackers, as if they knew the array was going to fail. Luckily A Liberty Navy Patrol and LPI interceptors came and saved the day. I've taken the Atlantis to Baltimore Shipyard for repairs. However I would like to contact both the Navy group and LPI group and offer them complementary vacations at our expense, given how expensive it would have been if they hadn't arrived in time.

James Blackwood
