I must report some sad and troubling news.
After my mission of support to Kyoto, I was proceeding back to Cambridge at all possible speed, when I witnessed a pitched battle between Kusari and Bretonian Forces.
I had just jumped into Tau-29 from Kyushu, and right into the middle of the fracas. The Kusari force which included 1 BS, 2 Cruisers, several gunboats and fighter support groups had just engaged a Bret force of similar size. I am sorry to report that the Kusari fleet overwhelmed the Brets in short order. I laid by to receive Bret survivors, but there were none, and I saw no prisoners taken by the Kusari.
Please warn your fleets to be alert when entering Tau-29, as the Kusari western border is now heavily reinforced. Intel ends.
On another note, my young protege Divine Wind has notified me of his recent promotion in rank with the Yakuza. He's a bit green around the edges still, but a good choice nonetheless. I believe he will bring honor to your worthy cause.
