If we don't get Orange team cruisers, we have two options:
1. Remove all cruisers;
2. Reschedule the event for the weekend.

Having 4 cruiser slots and no gunboat ones was pretty bad from the start. Reduce it to 2 slots and add 2 gunboat ones.

As I already said before, GBs will not be added because they are overpowered, being able to fulfill more than their anti-snub role. GB players will have their chance at other events where there are no bigger capital ships.
Cruiser slots reduced to 2 for both sides.
