The Gaians and the Mollies need love. I wouldn't join them because in the Gaians I'd RP myself, and that's lame, while a common pirate is a better alternative for me in case of the Mollies due to the ZOI, as I wouldn't be completely dedicated to the RP because most of my RP efforts go to the BAF. I know that Kusari and Rheinland need attention too, but I am not terribly familiar with those Houses and I don't know what exactly to recommend. However, a certain thread made me think that there was going to be another war between the GMG and the RM, but so far the Sigmas have been quiet. Maybe you could shake them up.
PS: Planetform are practically non existent. Having the monopoly on terraforming is an important thing, but I don't know how exactly it would help the faction in-game. Maybe you do.
