Well, I dont really know you nor I know DW much, except for ingame encountres ( I have never seen "U" and "icu" as well, just to add my 2 cents).
But its sad to see people leave, you are not first, and I fear that not last either.

Well I by far didn't like many things you did and some of your members, but over past 6 months the: "Let's bash DW" attitude has become extreme, lately with more and more people joining on "the fun".

If you want my honest opinion, I must say that the behavior of some of the your players here have not in the best way, represented a faction.
I also earnestly believe that leaving a community like this one for a reason such as the ones that you've stated above is completely ridiculous.
Perhaps the only thing that needs to change for you to fully enjoy Discovery is to separate DW from the equation of Discovery. I would love to see DW-Raekur, DW-Suzanna, and the other DW here as Raekur and Suzanna, without any inhibitions to what they need to do, what they can do, and what they have on their agendas to do.
Yes, your wings may darken the skies, but when it gets to the point that its limiting you, abandoning the mission may be the best option.

Anyways, quitting over an "unfair" sanction seems childish to me, but that's your prerogative.
As much as I've had bad experiences constantly with your faction, and ridiculous forum behaviour (which I admittedly have fueled in part, as I apologized for before), quitting is the last thing I'd wish you do. Taking in the community's feedback with a grain of salt and trying your damnedest to do better is the preferable course, but do as you like.
