I ran 2 full runs and one half. I got pirated once only.

Anyway: This is a roleplay server and the opportunity to do roleplay should surpass any monetary profits.
Some pirates use this event to make some quick money. Some use it for interactions with nice amounts of money as goodie. A very few like me use it really for RP purposes only.
Anyways. It got activity into the areas which lacked activity. Navys, pirate factions, trader factions and indies. All have stuff to do and get activity. And I saw maybe 2-3 pirates who take quite high amounts of money. Up to 1/3 of your profit is still okayish though. Everything above it is already harsh.

That was the idea, actually. Many of the events around Junkers had a huge focus on trading, which is nice and all, but I figured that perhaps allowing your peeps to either pop some Hogs or grab some pirate-pies in the sigmas/kusari was a good idea.

The event is made in a way so that Pirates are physically not able to get the bonus, so all of the progress you see is done by players who have bought and then delivered their cargo.

Also, I am very much curious to see if this will coax the BHG faction and BHG Indies back into existence. I'd say your presence would be very much enjoyed right now, especially when your own targets are going to be squishy pirate transports.

500 000 units seem to be a very little ammount. Weekend hasn't yet started and 30% has been already delivered.
