Not yet. There were some that were mini-votes related to recent changes. The ongoing ID vote is being appended with a much longer range of changes, including the change of the "May Levy Fines" lines to "May enforce roleplay laws as defined in the Laws Of Sirius" lines, Zoner/Core IDs due to RP progression in the Nomicrons, votes on proposed IDs for the official factions and a few other tweaks. This includes the ZOI changes to the Exiles ID.
TL;DR, soon.

Regarding this my Spec Ops ID should be able to buy Wild and Nomad equipment at 100%, the problem is that my ID does not have permission to mount them, which I need so I don't need to ask Admins to change one gun which might take forever.
Should be fine after restart

I recently handed in two requests regarding Outcast indie and NC- IDs. One was in regards to a rep adjustment to the Wild and the other to correct an error regarding Liquid Cardamine not being buyable by any Outcast IDs on Corsica. I would kindly ask for a status update on those.
