The key idea if you want to make a faction is: Question yourself even 10 times if you want to do one, and if you can handle the pressure. My brain refuses to think that the 1iC did that in the first place.

The Key Idea is: This is a feedback thread to give support. Not a 'put the person down even when he does something already which you told him to do and then you change your mind'.
I am sure the 1iC was not aware that you'd be breathing down his neck when he already said he would 'punish' a person and then you tell him you should punish such and such person.

Well i am disapointed too you cant make good faction if there is somebody like @=Sharky= and @Rusty Wing and more players here to telking you crap or something. i am happy that i have player who stand and stilk standing with now new faction that we creating and that is it WSC is no more because of some noobs here

Weird, blaming other people for the lack of RP-capability or even normal English and obedience of the rules, logically, this results in bad feedback, if you cannot handle it and don't want to work on it, you rather disband it, good luck for your future endeavours. You are the ones that create your faction and have to make it good, not Sharky or Rusty Queen.

I really hoped, that it is the past, but now I see, that you didn't learn your own mistakes. I never said, that you have to disband your own faction, but you continue to claim, that I'm talking you crap (adequate feedback). No, really, I never said something, like "Remove this game, please" or "Disband WSC, because you are noob." Apart from it, I always pointed your mistakes (But you didn't want to fix them anyway, because "Rusty wants to provoke us and blah-blah-blah". You were not dismotivated and killed by Discovery, you were by your own obstinacy, aggression and self-confidence, because even now you are claiming, that I'm the one of reasons of your disbanding.
Moreover, you could give your 1iC post to 2iC (Actually, because he is smarter and know english better. Moreover, he understood, that I wasn't going to provoke you. I hope so.) and save WSC from disbanding.
You killed your own faction. Please, don't blame us in it. Thanks.
