This is not the 1st in command but a high command member of [RN]. From what I understand. The reasons for the removal of said player was both inRP and ooRP. Therefore the situation is not a public matter, but a faction matter and it has been dealt with accordingly. We are not strict on players attitudes but when they talk bad about other members of our faction as well as trying to take over positions because someone has more ingame presence than another player. This is not acceptable. So regarding this situation we would be thankful to keep this thread to the faction and the roleplay and feedback for ingame interactions and forum roleplay. Not something that is a faction situation regarding a member that has been removed.

We would like to thank everyone for there feedback as of now, and we would like to request for more people to bring in more feedback so we can make amends and fix a few issues that we have had bought up to us.

Please now keep this in a civil, respectful manner and not a meme thread. Thank you.

In fact, a whole string of failures behind the scenes both inRP and ooRP formed into a culmination that lead to this decision.

Continued lack of regards for orders to have ships ready in Leeds to assist in system defense. Making up excuses as to why the 3ic has herself been parked in Kusari rather than Leeds of which was being used as the excuse not to return to Leeds.

Attempted power grab of a 2ic position because they thought they were better suited to the role than the current 2ic. Regardless of the fact that the current 2ic has had a much bigger in-game presence than the 3ic who hardly ever logged at all. Because their char was in Kusari!?

Also slagging off other members when infact they do the same things wrong.

I wont tolerate that kind of toxic membership. Better to let the free-radicals be free.

I'm curious, what are you talking about? I did a lot for your faction. Too much. All this graphics are mine, by the way, can you don't use them, please? I started the RP with KSP. I tried to do something, except "Pew-pew in Leeds". And idea to open communication to zoners was your idea. And it was fail, you know? Please, don't lie at least.

Yes. Because, as you said, our current 2iC is 2iC just because he was your first recruit. He didn't do something for it. But I did. It was unfair.
