I'm not talking about limiting role-play nor taking it away. I am concerned (particularly with the number of people declaring they are going to go on killing-sprees with said equipment) about the lack of maturity many folks have displayed in the wake of the ID expansion that will lead to even more drama.
Just because people abuse it everywhere does not make it acceptable, whenever it pops up I do not judge it lightly. PVP may be a part of the Discovery Gameplay, however that is not it's sole aspect. And as an aside at least Wesker makes an attempt to role-play. Those folks are not whom I am concerned about. I am more concerned with ones who simply see this as an ID to abuse with minimal role-play and expect to get off scot-free.
In any event it hasn't happened yet Durandal, I am merely reminding people to not abuse the ID and act responsible. If they choose to ignore me than that is fine, the Administration will sort it out in the end. I've said my piece, nothing more to be said on it. *shrug*

@Tabris , you know people often say something dumb or something they will not actually do, especially in anger or in excitment, like you angry on somone and say: "i will kill you", but that dont mean you will actually kill somone. Same thing here, just becouse some people say lets take Coalition Cruisers and kill all dont mean they will do it, they are just excited couse they finally have chance to try ship.
Relax, and dont worry about problems that dint happen yet.

You are vastly overestimating the relevance of this change, at least with the current server activity. Surely you remember the times when people were paranoid about letting indie nomad players fly anything bigger than a Morph. Now they are free to buy up Nammus and even Irras and how many of those ships do actually log on a regular basis? exactly 3? The fact that a few people jokingly "declared' that they want to go on a "killing spree" doesn't mean a thing. A mediocre light cruiser doesn't provide that many opportunities for ID abuse.
