I love the idea of that.
Border police have taxes for imported goods in every country. Makes sense they'd do it in FL too.
That'd make a new brand of smugglers though. The one that carry legal goods.:laugh:

Really, add taxes, fuel, paperwork and I will have to escape from FL to real life to take a break from that damn-hard life in Sirius:D
