A Cartel vessel named "Cartegena" was trying to sneak through Sigma 13 to 19, when he got caught up by me and my men. In short he was very stubborn about letting go of the Slaves, and we had to resort to force. He was dispatched with ease, and Thankfully your Monbetsu-maru was available to transit the Slaves to safety. Payment goes to the usual Account.
