We have been holding Training sessions in Halle, but not PvP training. some of you may of noticed either the HQ or the command center waiting outside the Hale jump hole with 1 fighter, this is literally a simulator of what would happen when a trader ( HQ) and escort (Fighter) was attacked by a pirate. so 1 officer is waiting in halle in his fighter to attack the transport and escort, this gives us quite a few details about there RP and combat skills at the same time.

I suggest placing the RM under "friendly" rather than "allied" since our mandates are different. Saying both factions are allied suggests that they work towards the same goals (only in a very simplistic analysis that is so) and execute similar activities (not supposed to be doing that). In fact, it wouldn't be bad RP to have policemen and militarymen slightly disliking each other, since they would, from time to time, step on each other's toes.
Also, at least in my opinion, "allied" isn't a greater level of "friendliness", but something different. The change wouldn't necessarily mean the factions would have to be less "friendly" towards each other.
