Ship-wise, Scimitar, Sabre, or Falcata.
The Scimitar would fit the character very well. Stealthy, easy to slip in and out and deal damage, but still capable. Two Adv. Debs, one Deb turret, and two missiles? That's a deadly package, trust me. You'll need to practice and get used to it, but it can really deal damage.
The Sabre would fit well to, for the same reasons as the Scimitar, just on a lower level. You might live longer with this one though. And learn to use Sunslayers, you'll love them.
The Falcata makes a lot of sense too. Small package, capable of causing serious damage. A terrorist in nature Hacker would do well with a torpedo cannon, dealing mass destruction, while still being stealthy. Also, the Falcata has a lot more survivability than the other two Vanilla choices right now. You run into a missile spamming LSF or BHG and you find yourself dead very quickly in the Sabre or Scimitar. In the Falcata, they'll probably be on the losing side. It's a very good choice for a lone pilot.
Name? When you PMed me, I thought you wanted an actual name, not a codename. How about "Firewall"? Cool sounding, with a touch of technogeek lingo.
Also, if you want to start up some RP (ingame or forumside) with Draya, let me know. I'm always up for something.

The Virage inspires the most "fear" in my bomber. Probobly because only good pilots tend to fly them. It also has a very mysterious ship description, kind of what you are looking for.
As far as names.
Glytch (A play on glitch, which is known to inspire fears in programmers and engineers)
Kinda fits but might not be fear inspiring.

Well, I settled on using a sabre for now, I might make a poll to see what people think about a lane hacker using harvester VHF's as "drones" to make assaults on ageira and liberty without becoming vulnerable by flying fighters himself. Seems like a good idea to me, can even link it in with what he was researching before being burned by ageira =P

But I was planning on talking with ScornStar and the Harvesters about it first and likely writing up a Special RP Request. It's definitely a Harvester-only ship, from what I've heard, so special RP will probably be required.
