RE: 2020 Mining Overhaul, Phase 1: Price and Sellpoint Adjustments - xenomorph - 05-14-2020 It's also worth mentioning that the Iridum Ore sellpoint on Fort Carthage has been removed as well. This is pretty painful to see. Removing sellpoints that make a lot of RolePlay sense is not what I like to see. PS This is a nice thing you've changed with the economy. However, I think you shouldn't remove these sellpoints for said reasons. It is gameplay balance. It's not some depiction of imaginary economy setting. You can trade regular commodities instead of trying to come up with reasoning why minable commodities are worth 2 or 3 times more than refined products if you really are that into immersive economy atmosphere RE: 2020 Mining Overhaul, Phase 1: Price and Sellpoint Adjustments - Lythrilux - 05-14-2020 Ngl really not a fan of how there are no ores moving through or going to the Omicrons at all other than Theta. I can see the logic for removing sell points, but I don't think it's right to leave the Omicrons as a void when it already has such a poor economy. Why should people wanting to properly represent how people buy things and acquire goods on a roleplay server be punished by having 0 profit compared to what existed before just so about 3 people can be happy that all trade is now the same, boring, afk F2 trading. Since you're so keen on all interaction in one place, why isn't every non-house system removed either, since clearly by your logic there's no use for any system thats not house controlled. RE: 2020 Mining Overhaul, Phase 1: Price and Sellpoint Adjustments - Couden - 05-14-2020 This is frustating that Myko doesn't buy neither Military Salvage neither Uncut Diamonds RE: 2020 Mining Overhaul, Phase 1: Price and Sellpoint Adjustments - Couden - 05-14-2020 Moreover Mykolaiv now doesn't buy anything from the list of current ore sellpoints. Thank you for broken sellpoints https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/612429791005507644/710449487558082690/unknown.png The old sell for Uncuts was 5191 and for MS 8216 RE: 2020 Mining Overhaul, Phase 1: Price and Sellpoint Adjustments - Karst - 05-14-2020 Omega-52 is too far away from New London or New Berlin to consider as a Fence buyer for either house, and they most certainly aren't intended to be a Primary. Coalition just isn't a faction that's supposed to be playing a role in the mining economy, quite honestly. Can someone give Karst a reward? All im seeing is people complain that factions who shouldnt really trade and instead gather their activity by other means now actually have to Play their roles. leave trading to Corps, not to every single ID in the game RE: 2020 Mining Overhaul, Phase 1: Price and Sellpoint Adjustments - Couden - 05-14-2020 (05-14-2020, 12:38 PM)Lucas Wrote:(05-14-2020, 12:32 PM)Karst Wrote: Omega-52 is too far away from New London or New Berlin to consider as a Fence buyer for either house, and they most certainly aren't intended to be a Primary. Volgograd Industrial is one of the only entities allowed in space within the Coalition that is not directly controlled by the SCRA but instead by the Duma. The primary focus of Volgograd Industrial is to provide a platform with which the Coalition can conduct trade with its allies and other neutral parties. While it may seem contrary to its beliefs, the establishment of such Corporation has often been seen as a necessary contradiction in order to ensure the longevity and growth of the Coalition Economy, to help support its ideals. Whilst I agree that random groups shouldn't play a major part in the trading economy, if there are no additional sell points for some of these commodities, when it comes to roleplay there is no means to provide surplus trade routes for corps to follow. Which means in essence, Corps can't play their roles outside of a few narrowly defined routes. |
