Jayenbee just said there's zero risk of getting killed by KNF. Aside from their inability to fly their ships controllably and bumping into every civilian installation on the way to IDF (plus the occasional accidental occupation), they are harmless to civilians.
The cargo says it can be openly engaged if they're hauling it by KNF. I wouldn't say it is zero risk.

70 mills per hour is way below 100 mill per hour standard, i say it should be buffed by at least 75%, with kusari and pirates it's high risk low reward
