I'm not telling you exactly what's going on in Ontario for a reason. The system is under a military lockdown due to the events inside and it's best you don't touch it with a three-system size pole. As far as what he's after, it's an artifact that's come out of Ontario, incredibly rare according to reports. Whoever has their hands on it and finds the right buyer can make an ungodly amount of money. He's been sniffing around for it and keeps looking.
