They can also make it themselves, and I think Commodore stopped doing Discovery systems. Nightfall, Igiss, and myself just have experience in making them that most others don't. But if a faction has a member who knows how to do it, they can make it then submit it to Igiss. Igiss made a post about how a system can be sent to him.

Exile, you can't have a planet in the systems that is dockable. Many have tried, Igiss has told us no.

This gives yet another possibility, a not entirely hospitable planet, which requires much terraforming to become our home. Let it ne undockable, but with a station outside, buying the stuff, required for terraforming.
How's that? Kinda compromise, there'll be a planet, but not dockable.

well, I just havent made any yet. And QV, I guess Ill do puerto rico for you. I learned a bit more about FL explorer. Note: Igiss, how do I have to do the IDS names? and which files do explorer modify?
