As a smuggler, I regularly frequent areas where various organizations or groups blockade regions of space. See, I just don't find it fair that you shouldn't be able to ship your gold to various regions in Sirius...and well, that's where a man of my smuggling stature comes in. If granted access, I'll ensure that you and yours get your credits for all the hard work you do mining those fields...and feel free to reach out to me for any further "shipping" needs.
Also, I keep Foyle pretty stocked up with H-Fuel from the Sigmas, so that should go a long way as well.
