I understand that this is the Kyushu system, yes, and am fully aware that I may or may not be considered a local, as only locals are allowed to collect in Zone 1. However, this threat to the Empire had to be dealt with, and even if I do not receive payment for this particular bounty, it is still one less Dragon that the Empire must deal with. This is also just a taste of my skill and service to the Kusarian Empire.
