Well i rarely see Liners, yeh. I think because everyone rather wants to buy a Shiny Order or Corsair or Outcast Cruiser. I'd say they can be stronger. At least a better shield. You cant really compare the RL Liners to the ones ingame, because the one in the Ocean dont have any Turrets.
Take away the Turrets and give it a BS Shield XD
Why not? You'd rather want to run away than Shoot the Pirate up

Onto the real topic at hand, go for restricting the Royal Line to special RP only. Fine by me. It is supposed to be a special ship, afterall. And I do have access to two; the Gateway)Carpathia, a refugee ship, and the BPA bank.
