The 'Proposal' presented to the Council does not appear to be a proposal of any sort. It is simply a demand that reads no better than "Give me two million or I'll split you," and your last transmission all but confirms this. This is no better than any other two-bit pirate who asks for pocket change at gunpoint from passersby.
Your 'Proposal' has no other benefit other than the promise you won't shoot us. That's all fine and dandy, but in the end, we'll lose out. We've heard that promise before, and we've seen it broken more than once.
My suggestion for you. Come back with a better business proposition, that benefits both parties and it will be considered. Extortion will simply be ignored.

Right, I've grown tired of the constant notifications of updates of this pathetic attempt to extort the Zoners for your own gain. I was going to stay in the sidelines and just ignore it all, but your stupidity is beginning to bother me. You may not know of this, but I have an extreme hate towards stupidity.
