I don't know really what the hell you're talking about. It is not difficult let me put this in simple terms,
- LSF is sick of having a system puked with OORP,
- Z21-Alaska is a military system no civilians are allowed ever.
- //Repfixing guys LOL/// is annoying as hell when they return through the Alaska system after "REP FIXING," Or hang around for along time.
Solutions that would reduce this annoyance.
-Punish the OORP as normal and on the same basis's of the other OORP violations.
-Cease allowing //RP fixing guyss lol wut?// to use alaska as a quick path to the Delta. (If they are in Alaska to RP rep fix then it should be to repair their LSF, Navy rep or their LSF Guard/Navy Guard rep.

On the contrary, it's very difficult since you still didn't get it.
On that train of thought,
- The Corsairs are sick of having a system puked with OORP,
- Omicron Gamma is a Corsair system, no Outcasts allowed ever!
- //Repfixing guys LOL/// is annoying as hell when LABC's run through the Omicron Delta system after "REP FIXING," Or hang around Yaren Base for along time.

Outcasts and Corsairs are in conflict with each other, so it would make sense for them to invade from time to time.
As the same as Order invading Alaska.
But this isn't the feud between factions its indie civilians and restricted zones. If factions are conducting OORP actions than they have their Faction leaders to deal with.

There is a feud, liberty's pathetic attempts at securing a system and the smugglers who are not bound by liberty's restrictions who make use of the aforementioned system. *boink* Your intellectual self will wake up eventually.

Liberty's "Pathetic Attempts." Is dictated by time. Not everyone in the LSF, LN, LNS are able to spend 24/7 guarding that system, and we shouldn't have to.

I suppose it could be considered a fault of the LN to blow up unlawfuls when they aren't doing anything wrong rather than guard their Area 51..

Seriously, as the =LSF= guy who has almost all his LSF ships in Alaska and Ellesmere, and spends most of his time in Alaska and Ellesmere, I find it to be a non-issue. (You can also take it that I share the same perspective when I include my Order HC character.)

Ok, I am going to throw out an idea.
In the Alaska or other guard systems, could Fhook be set up to scan for the ID and if it is not allowed in the system then it nerfs the shields and armor to 10% of the lolwhts ships vanilla specs? Is this possible?

How about having it so that anyone in Alaska who doesn't have an LN/LSF ID gets set to hostile with the LN/LSF/LPI? Then have a Battleship or very strong weapons platforms in Zone 21.
If anything, that would also help the Order. One quick visit and they're hostile with the LSF. Anyone going to repfix would just need to make another stop on the way back.
