Freelancer Discovery MOD is a MOD. Mods cannot ask for money over an intellectual property of another company UNLESS they have written agreement.
Therefore, Discovery Mod cannot ask for money. Only free-will donations work but there are little kids playing here as well, not everyone has a job to pay stuff and at these hard times of economy, I guess most of the aged players with jobs would forefit that idea. Paying the rent is always more feasible.
And just because someone can pay and someone can't, there shouldn't be a discrimination of user options. Life is already quite unpleasant and unfair outside, we don't need an extra hand from this game universe to that itchy feeling.

I've been exploring Gallic space with my main character. The other is a freighter. I uploaded a pic from Planet Drome two days ago. When I logged on a few minutes ago to do some more exploring...POOF! No characters!
Can I get them restored please?
The primary character is [font=Arial Black]Lev_Arris.
The secondary character is Arris_Freight_Co ( I think. been a while since I've used that one)

Char : MasterDk78 = Gull ship(6m for ship) + 1.5 million credits, + 4-5 million for shield,
Char : Gorgon = Wraith ship + 12 million credits, + weapons of 5 million
Total lost 30.7 million.
Both my characters are gone/history = not found in the server
So, what u want me to do? shall i make 2 new chars with identical names and credits will be transfered to them, or will they be restored?
