What is the point in being a pirate though if u have to be polite or u get no loot for attacking someone.
i agree that you should not attack newbies and people with low ranks but it makes trading more challenging and gives a use for escorters.

100% of the cargo shloud be droped,and none of the equiped things...
Player start location shloud be random like:one starts in Manhattan,one in New Berlin,one in New London and one in New Tokyo and theirs start
ship shloud be changed to balance the dificulty lvl(if that can be done).

Intresting... i like the idea BUT look at this: You start in New berlin with 5000 credits and a starfliers with 2 justices. You are attaked by unioners with level 6 weapons. Get out of that! It is favorible to start in another sistem if starting money is increased. :)
