Rob has been one of the most level headed, objective and polite people I have ever seen around here. I hope the replacement is made wisely and he hopefully can enjoy both his accomplishments in his career and the excess free time he is going to have from now on. Actually, I'd say Rob was probably one of the most fit people for the position he ended up in. Calm, reasonable, and despite one screwup, a person who never kneejerked, problems, and didn't get bitter and angry as it's so easy to do.

Technically yes.
We still have three admins though. Two of those I have never seen touch their characters.
