I see no exception in the ID, it flatly states cruisers and battleships 'may only demand allied pilots'
And to quote the server rules

You're one to talk about factions and caps, considering the amount the zoners brought to the table in Omega 3.
That, said, you cant pirate in a battleship, ever. Even if its another battleship. People have been santioned for it before, and will probably be sanctioned again in the future if you think you can demand cargo from another battleship in a battleship. Mudd's kinda right there.

Yeah, and the irony is those 2x gaian wildlife I got IRP from Bridge, the fleet Admiral of Bretonia currently (who IRP my char was dating at the time, til he dumped her and told her he'd cheated on her.)
He poped a lolsmuggler, and donated a few for 'research' since I helped carry as much of the load whatever ship I was on at the time (GB proably, since I think it happend in bretonian space).
The real interesting thing is, many BAF| have seen that ship in the however many months since that happend as it sat at FP1, the cargo doesnt change much as I avoid combat with it per Zoenr RP.
I dont recall a single one raising an issue, as it stayed out of Bretonian space other than simply passign thru to baffin, with escort.

I was told that they recived a 'warning' for it from a few people, however as it appears to be a private ingame/forumPM/Skype one, I cant confirm

You are speaking as if they walked into your house with a Nomad Battleship, and not as if they were in their in their front garden with their own ships.
If anyone "brought" capitals, it was the 3 "lolraid" Dunkirks and accompanying capital brigade. (Which according to their own status on here, should never leave core space.)

Unlike the previous poster, I only have one issue with your group, and I'm quite willing to state it openly without resorting to insulting you in the proccess.
You previously said yesterday that your battleship would never be seen in the border systems of Bretonia, including Omega-3, no matter what. Later on in the day, you bring it out to deal with the huge fleetthing in Omega-3.
I realize you didn't have enough ships to deal with it properly as most of your members were offline at the time, but I'm just curious... Will this repeat?
Should I expect to find it knocking on Vespucci's door, or hovering around Freeport 4 one day, or pushing up into Tau-31?
Or was this a special once-only thing done out of desperation or whatever to resolve a painfully frustrating situation that won't be repeated?
